I really dont like alot of these oversized eyesores perched on the side of a collapsing hill. This one I love. Thanks for showing it.

Arvin: Could you get the household budget for one of these super-homes? Nobody cares if it is an actor or someone that owns a fashion store downtown. Everyone dreams about owning something like this. I do anyway. How much does it cost to keep clean and the yard mowed and the like? How much are taxes and insurance? Do restaurants and food delivery services charge extra to navigate up these narrow roads and blind curves? I think you could spend a couple of shows and tear it all down or you could develop a Mini-series discussing what it takes to own a home like this. Just tell the truth, It's just money. Most of us are just daydreamers and will never afford a home like this nor would we ever seriously want to. Thanks for your consideration.

South facing would have ruined the property. It is so freaking hot down there besides skyrocketing your electric bill maybe double, the house would be miserable to live so hot. I agree Slightly about the vacant lot even though I probably would care much. Great use of the land.

Fun to watch, thanks! A naive question, if I may: How much water does this “lush” landscaping require each year? Isn’t LA under mandatory water consumption restrictions? I think the beautiful greenery surrounding the home is a major plus but if I won’t be able to maintain the grounds…

The water bill and all the penalties you would have to pay wouldn't be a concern for someone spending $32.5M as the property tax alone for this property would be around $35K a month, hope that answers your question

@@ArvinHaddadOfficial See my above posting, I would like Mr. Arvin to get one of his client's house budgets so we know what the actual cost is. From taxes and electricity to feeding the aquarium fish. Thanks for considering it.

As someone who doesn't like the sun at all, south facing would have ruined it for me. Too bad, my bank balance ruins the whole deal for me XD.

I’m not an expert but this is actually a beautiful property. Furniture and deco need a face lift yes 😅. lots of beautiful nature. I assume it’s facing East to catch the morning sun. some people enjoy the morning sun. Trees are a good buffer for traffic nose so it best to make appointments in the mornings and when the tragic is low. Europeans would love it.
