Pizza cake.
RECIPE for pizza pie.
100 ml warm milk.

1 teaspoon sugar (8 g).
Mix everything well.
Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix everything together.
Sift 350 g flour.
1 teaspoon salt (9 g).
1 teaspoon softened butter (13 g).
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Continue kneading the dough with your hands.
Place the dough on the table.

Form the dough into a ball.
Place the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
The dough turned out well.
Place baking paper in a baking pan.

Let the dough rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.

50 g soft butter.
