  • It’s been said that there isn’t a whole lot of new information under the sun, just new ways of saying it. I don’t know if that’s necessarily true but one thing I know is that my guest today shares some of the most practical and life-transforming messages out there. And, he does it in a way that cuts through the noise and nonsense of modern times.
    His name is Dewayne Noel and he is the founder of Dry Creek Wrangler School. Today, Dewayne and I talk about the power of genuineness, building yourself into a person you like, not hate, why the “right to be wrong” is so powerful and liberating, dealing with insecurities, operating in reality, the concept of “cowboy energy,” and other timeless wisdom in disturbing times.
    SHOW HIGHLIGHTS:
    * Why a simple, timeless message resonates so strongly
    * Sometimes you have to change how you are sharing the message in order to be effective
    * Change starts with us
    * We have to get to the point where we like ourselves
    * Cost/benefit analysis of relationships in our life
    * Loyalty is not a one-way street
    * Staying loyal to the “idea” of a relationship can be destructive
    * The market determines what is valuable
    * Rodeo energy vs. cowboy energy

    Man, Dwayne just told my story. I’m 62 and had heart issues, anger issues, other health issues. Finally found peace and become very mellow. My family commented how much I had changed and I quit trying to fix everything for everyone. Married to the same woman for 43 years, 3 children and all happily married.

    Cutting family is one of the hardest but best choices a lot of people can make. Blood is not thicker than water. I cut my parents off a long time ago when my mom began essentially attacking my fiancee because I spent more time with her than my mother. Your spouse comes before family, if you're in that situation, you need to take your spouses side no matter if it leads to the loss of family.

    It's just like those times that your trying to talk to someone and put your message forward.
    Your message is like a nail, if you swing your hammer as hard as you can, regardless of how good the nail is, more than likely it will bend.
    But if you approach it slowly and calmly, tap it in softly a couple of times before giving it a solid controlled tap, then you're much more likely to deliver the message and not bend your nail.
    Because once you bend that nail, often all is lost and you need to throw the nail away.
    Good on you for figuring out how to get your message out there and find your true mission in life.
    All the best from the Kimberley down in Australia.

    The reason he resonates is that most people don’t have any common sense. Most people have never done any real work and never had a father/mother to show them how to do things. We need more men like this but unfortunately he is a unicorn in our society.

    Great podcast. I recently saw short videos of Dewayne on social media, but it's only in the past couple of days that i subscribed to his RUclips account and have been watching the full videos. A calm and considered delivery in his videos that makes you want to listen. I'm 49 years old, and I'm picking up valuable information ... and he's giving priceless advice to the young men out there who maybe didn't have a father, or one that was present. My upmost respect and best wishes from Yorkshire, England.

    It’s amazing how deprived of the simple truth of life we all really are. With all the pointless senseless content available to us I think Dewayne is really a symbol of how much the truth of life we all need is really the least available. His videos and what he’s saying is very simple it’s the things we all should know but how much it has blown up I think really symbolizes how deprived of that we really are on the internet and with role models in our own lives. Hopefully this will start to reach us as a people at a younger and younger age and we can all get a grip on our own lives sooner and have a stronghold for the truth in us to be able to discern what is not the truth and all the nonsense that surrounds us that we really should be leaving aside that’s filth and stupidity and a waste of our precious lives this is real life truth to prosper from and I hope the men in America can all become the real thing and make this country better as a whole. Nothing is more hopeful than the young men the future of this country having a sound mature head on their shoulders at a young age.

    Sometimes loyality or pride has nothing to do with it.
    There are many socially and emotionally blind.
    Unaware of themselves or others
    they blunder around and they
    apologize because they dont see.
    and they dont understand.
    Some people chose to help them with some of there needs anyway.
    Sometimes I choose to be a plan B not out of pride or misplaced loyalty.
    Faith in Humanity
    People Helping Animals.
