OCP’s biggest mistake was mistaking a cyborg for a soldier. Most of the time, it’s tragedy that separates those select few left with original humanity within them from those who’ve sold their souls to be renowned in this world. It was the Cyborg portion that over-rode OCP’s program, but it was the man’s humanity left intact that over-rode society’s corruption. It was the man who became aware that soldiers aren’t anything but pawns in a chess game dying solely for the lasting concealment of lies and protecting self proclaimed kings’ riches. In chess, the pawns go first, because they’re the weakest links never the ones expected to decode the secrets to winning the war of strategy; one of people’s greatest weaknesses will always be confusing power with position. Any king in a power position can become drunk off of that power as most do given various examples throughout history, and there will always be that one pawn only armed with an ideal/patience/wisdom/the will to act/the hunger to survive/the thirst to destroy his oppressor that overthrows every ruler. A man united under the tent of his own awareness and greater understanding of the animal side of him, and his own God given instincts.

It's funny thinking back that the director initially didn't want to do it. If I recall right, he was downright offended to be given a movie called "Robocop" to do. But his wife read the script and convinced him to take a look at it because it wasn't some silly low-budget action movie like the title made it sound like.
Me as well…the movie I have seen the most by far ..One summer I used to watch at least one time every two days 😂
Original Robocop such a great film!
he's so good that he not even looks at the guys he shoots.
learn english right
1987: We will have Robocop in the future.
2020: *COVID-19 and Protesting.*
We need a robocop...
Just don't make it like ED-209 😅
@@jamie7168 its gonna be from stark industries
Nah he was far more ahead
In 2187 maybe we see robocops and not drone cops
Logan the Octoling, you have said COVID-19 and Protesting on 2020.
NO MORE PROTESTING
NO MORE COVID-19
STOP SAYING COVID-19 NOW!
You said it.
They way the movies just made him seem like such an invincible god is incredible, because when something actually bad happens to him, you can't help but to think "oh sh** he's actually in trouble!" and gets me on the edge of my seat to see what happens next!
Robocop is truly an outstanding film.
Dude the sound effects are freaking awesome!! It sounds so heavy!
2:30 Robocop, redefining nut shots since 1987.
Johnny Cage has nothing on him. I wasn't even thinking of Mortal Kombat 11 when I said that...
I love Robocop. Classic!! Espetacular!
yeah he's my favorite cyborg based character
the Terminator is #1 all the way

Peter Weller is the true RoboCop
When he got out of the ruins of the patrol car and you saw him, you know that business is about to pick up.
what you see in RoboCop 2 where RoboCop puts officer Duffy said through the video game, that is Alex Murphy that is something Alex Murphy would do Alex Murphy is overriding Robocop.
RoboCop saying "no" is so funny to me for some reason 3:03
my parents bought this movie for my 8th birthday i absolutly loved it i used to sneak up at 5 in the morning and watch it before school.
when my future son ask me about the word "badass", i will show him this movie
Mr. Reality i know kids today to that think The Avengers and other super heroes are bad asses but I am more into old school action movies with Stallone, Schwarzenegger, Willis, Gibson etc they were badasses with their iconic characters such as John McClane, John Rambo, John Matrix or Terminator etc
80's - the decade of high manly testosterone fueled movies.
So glad I lived to experience it first hand.
The 80's had the best one-liners!
Loved RoboCop. I liked it when he punched guys through doors or grabbed them through walls.

I enjoy watching 1987 RoboCop and 1990 RoboCop II. The first showdown between RoboCop and Cain still a human was cool. The second battle with Cain now RoboCop 2 is spectacular and awesome.
1:49 - gotta love how he does this and waits for a reaction. Like: "Huh, HUH?"
My 90's hero!!!
80s
80's and 90's.
Yes! In the 60’s we had Adam West’s Batman
In the 70’s we had Superman
And in the 80’s and 90’s we had Michael Keaton’s Batman and Robocop
80s, set presumebly in a fictional 90s, but conceptualized in the 80s
@@sammontanez6908 We had Superman since the 30's.
I noticed you didn't include any scenes from Robocop 3, and I am not complaining.
I think that's because the uploader dude is a huge Peter Weller fan. :-)
That's because there are only 2 Robocop movies!
AL83 there was a Robocop 3 but it was a box office failure and starred Robert John Burke as Robocop and not Peter Weller
@@scottknode898 I think from his perspective he has decided there are only 2 Robocop films that he is going to pretend exist, I do the same thing with Indiana Jones, there was a film called Raiders of the Lost Ark then they made a prequel called Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom and as far as I'm concerned that's where the franchise ends.
@metalgearhead99 Hated it, one of the worst movies I've ever seen. Raiders and Temple are the only ones I concern myself with.
Where's the clip of the guy who says: "I'd buy that for a dollar!"
Nobody can use that clip any longer without applying to me for my permission, because I now own the copyright.
I bought that for a dollar!

4:50 🤣 I love that “huh. Nobody there,” look and Murphys fist through the door.
Still got my robocop toys from when I was a kid. It was so satisfying opening his holster just to put the gun
This never gets old
2:29 - He's officially a castrato... he gonna have a beautiful "super-high" tenor voice, now.
I want a "beautiful super-high tenor voice"!!!
You giant music nerd! 💕
CLARENCE BODDIGER!!!!! You are under arrest!!!
Red foreman dont play that shit
Boddicker!
Okay. I give up.
I’m not arresting you anymore.
Magrão
3:07 Thats got to be the cheesiest 80s movie trick ever 😂😂😂
That scene with the baby is my favorite of all time..... 😎No, we can’t have that.... 👉🤯
🥰
Boddicker and Kane disliked this.
They fought RoboCop and lost. Instead of the song I fought the law and the law won. Its fight RoboCop and get his boot up you're ass.
Seems like OCP disliked this.
Boddicker, Kane, Dick Jones, Dr. Fax, Hobb, Angie, Emile, 2 ED-209's & Robo-Kane, and all 200 employees of OCP disapprove of the content contained in this clip lol.
@@@terminatorx8285 Good One man! XD
@@thedkm-4894 well those guys, or some serious bleeding hearts or prudes. Being that both the left hated it for its complete and total lack of tolerance and the right hated it for its level of violence and vulgarity. The only people I can think of that wouldn't like a video clip of Robocop kicking ass lol.
Love that in the arcade scene Robocop makes the cop knock over the Midnight Resistance arcade game, then lifts him up and the arcade game is back up as well.

"A walking hybrid human metallic monster just tore down a door like it was cardboard and told us to come quietly toting the most gigantic pistol I've ever seen, what should I say to him? 4:26!"
Very high IQ response
Drop my gun raise my hands and gtfd(get the fuck down
I really do find it interesting that these villains in the 80s are written as these unbelievably unhinged psychos
That “No.” is the best No ever 😂
It is EXTREMELY fast, but at 06:00 the arcade game Officer Duffy is smashed into during interrogation is... Robocop.
The arcade game is Bad Dudes Vs. DragonNinja, by Data East.
My favorite movie. They always wondered how a robot could twirl the gun...
Tim E. Robocop is a cyborg with human like emotions and feelings. That’s how he can twirl a gun
He learned to do it to make his son happy. Twirling that gun is one of the signs throughout the movie the real Murphy is still in there... somewhere.
I don't know why punching that guy through the door is so funny but I laugh every time.
I miss the no look shot Robocop. It's really cool to watched wheb I was young and it's still cool today.
Hollywood movies up until the 80's and 90's were great!
