🤣🤣🤣🤣😂 old antique stuff is not junk and the electric part still works and will knock the piss out of you if you touch it yup i totally agree . i found an old exit sign that was incandescent and next to it? another exit sign that was around 500 dollars and it was led . so the sun came out and flooded the room with light and the incandescent exit sign was kicking the led exit sign's ass . sop yes old stuff is good stuff.
How did this work out for you Grandpa Cotton? Mosquitoes are more attracted to black light bulbs. You might try and screw in a black light bulb and see if it draws more!
I know if I was to put in work on something im going to buy the right bubb to put in it. Uv bubb is what attracts the bugs pointless to put in a white bubb in it . With your theory... a photographer should put a white bubb instead of a red bubb and see how it works out for him
Skip the history lesson. 4:23 "Here We Go!" btw, you need a UV bulb to attract the bugs. A standard incandescent or new LED type bulb will be considerably less effective for attracting bugs to your old bug zapper. A little dab of mosquito bait may help the regular light bulb but best to put a proper bulb in it. That's useless.
Nothing like seeing a bug get blowed up by a VERY VERY powerful bug zapper!

You are a dork and know nothing about light temperature or light sources.
