Cattail Pollen - Part 1

The Cattail plant has so many uses, from medicine to food to making mats and baskets to stuffing pillows, building shelters and lighting fires. Perhaps it is time we reconnect with our friend the Cattail. It has so much ancient wisdom to share. Our ancestors depended on plants like these to create a good life for their families. Perhaps there are secrets in weaving Cattail baskets with our children that are yet to be discovered. The outdoors are full of mysteries and surprises.
