Aiiro Cafe. I lived near Tokyo from 2015-18 and that was one of my favorite bars. I wonder if that one old white dude still goes there. He was from somewhere in the UK if I remember correctly and I would see him literally every single time I went out there.
This place is cool, I got harassed by some gay westerners for being straight, you should all check it out if you get the chance. It is mostly foreigners there though, any asians there are mostly not japanese or mixed just to keep your expectations in check.
midway into the video I noticed that there was no kids walking around, like under age 17. Is there a curfew? I mean it looks to be sometime after 7, but not past 12 am, so not sure if curfew applies here. Or is it more strict there?
