Greetings! Sir until now hindi pa po ako nakaka receive ng email from deped na may usernamename at temporary pw. Pano ko po magagamit and ms 365 without the email and pw from deped?

Hi sir
Just want to ask help,, i am a teacher under deped with 365 acct,
Recently my acct is asking for activation, but if i enter mu acct it will not work for it.
What shall i do?

expire na po yang activation notice mam, try to forgot password po.. then yong code nya mapupunta doon sa gamil mo.
