This is the best video I've seen in real estate business management. In his check lists, you see the day to day organization of the business, something I haven't seen anywhere. Too many YT vids on superficial, hypothetical sales.

I agree that there's a huge difference between a to-do list and a genuine business plan check list. My dad always told me - if, by the time your head hits the pillow at night, you haven't written down and organized (key word: written) your entire day's tasks and key action items and exact schedule for tomorrow, you're already behind.
Hands down, this is the best list I have come across on how to manage and grow your business. It's direct, simple, actionable. Exactly what I needed! Thanks, Tom, for putting the content out there that us newbies really need.

I have spent months researching into techniques to de-clutter fast and discovered a great resource at Nilah declutter tips (check it out on google)
What is an hour of power?
In my industry its when you sit down and plough through a bunch of lead (emails, phone calls, etc).
Many of us jsut deal with the leads as they come in, but that convoluted our mind and makes for a disorganized business practice. That's also why there's a follow-up phase every day as well.
