Tbh man I would love if we got treylon Burks 💯. I'm actually an Arkansas fan and I watched this man play with us. He was an absolute beast 😤. I watched him single handedly tear up an alabama secondary for over 100 receiving yards and 2tds. This man is big and strong with good speed and if anyone can so called "Go up and get it" its him. 🔥 hes a great run blocker on the outside to.
His last year in college with arkansas my man had 66 catches for 1106 yards and 11 TDS. He was a first round pick for a reason. I wanted us to take him so bad that year to 😂. I'm telling yall rn, you put pickens at the one, burks at the 2, and either wilson or Austin at the slot and this reciving core is gonna be absolutely scary for any defense to face off against 😤
We gotta stop talking like it makes no difference whether we “settle for a treylon” or go for a dk one puts us in the Super Bowl contention talk and one has us in a remain competitive if this year we really are going all out trying to win it like manage says it makes no sense to cheap out at such important position. Pickens is great but with this current wr core if he gets hurt that’s our season right there. Wilson looks great but he’s a rookie at the end of the day we don’t know what we will give and it’s not ideal relying on ur 3rd round rookie to be ur 2 option star in his first year… Steelers are arguably in the toughest division in football we don’t have space to just settle and hope for the best if u have the option to do the home run move
I see what u mean with the ravens comparison but we aren’t the ravens and Russ isn’t Lamar especially in the run game and as well as the ravens did last season look what happen in the must win game they choked so trying to be the 2023 ravens shouldn’t be what we shooting for with our offence. We trying to win a chip here. And we can name the other run teams that had regular season success but when was the last time a run first team won a Super Bowl 49ers always seem to make it but never finish so these aren’t great examples
I sincerely don't understand why Sutton is either completely discarded, or attracts little excitement. I dunno, from what i have seen a few weeks ago, he would be a suitable 1b, and the capital to get him would be minimal ... If he is off the market, missed it
Washington isn’t a pass catching tight end. He wasn’t in college, he’s not now. He’s a road grating run blocker who is 6’8”. Friermuth is the total package, and a VASTLY SUPERIOR CATCHER OF THE BALL.
