Great video. I found the place on GoogleEarth and you´ve found a perfect spot to film the action. Love it.

Fantastic complication and thank you for taking the time to film it :) That's a very busy station; I've never seen so many 201's in my life and this is the first occasion I've seen one in a video going about on it's own because generally when I see them they're usually already coupled up to a train:)

Im pretty sure this was before the 22000s were introduced, so they used MkIII push pull units in that time.

That little grubby old orange and black loco, number 190, is now owned by the preservation group Irish Traction Group (ITG) and is presently stored at Moyasta, Co. Clare. A little bit of history in that video. You caught her in her last days of active service.

Great video I really love the Orange and green commuter trains! They should have kept the intercity livery and trains going!

They should have a commuter 29000 class 4 coach running from:
Adamstown to Grand Canal Dock station
    calling at:
    Kilshogue*
    Fonthill
    Parkwest
    Heuston platform 10
    Broombridge
    Drumcondra
    Connoly
    Tara street
    Pearse
and Grand canal dock platform 3
    (*=when its built)

At 1:40, that platform. Is that the infamous platform 10?

How come some of those new intercity trains require an old fashioned tractor unit, and others don't?
