Agree with you... would’ve loved to have seen an exhibition back. The patina is done well. I think your assessment was spot on. I now want one. Would go reverse panda considering I have a few pandas.
Just ordered the panda 🐼 from gembijou! Thank you for your review it was the reason I chose this store. I'm excited to see a store that caters to watch collectors in Toronto. I appreciate what you do for the watch culture in 🇨🇦 🍁 Keep it up!!
Thanks. I heard that you did. Appreciate it. Hopefully you can make it down to the shop in person sometime. Have a great weekend and enjoy the new watch when it comes in!
I just got my on Monday the 19th with white dial I have a lot of watches this going to be my favorite it fits wrist perfectly really love watch so far it's keeping perfect time so glad I bought it
I'm concerned about that stutter in the "minute equalizer" as you say...is this the same on the automatic version? I ask because after testing my vintage chronograph with a Valjoux 7750 in it I didn't notice that which leads me to wonder if this is just a characteristic of this particular movement from Hamilton.
Just bought this watch on ebay with the mesh band. I really dig the strap that you have on it for this video though. Any chance you can put me on as to where to purchase it? Thanks again, dope video.
Hamilton would be regulated better....more "Swiss" made components (although might not be fully), and have a better power reserve. Seagull is a Chinese movement ....longevity concerns.
Its awesome but if I'm going to get a chrono its gonna be a quartz. I don't want to deal with the mainteance a mechanial chrono can be. Also 3000 bucks for a hamilton is a bit out of my price range and i'd rather have their kahki field.
I think the panda looks at its best with the black strap and the reverse panda looks at its best with the mesh bracelet.
Both are so beautiful. The vintage vibes of these chronographs is stunning. Hamilton nailed it with these models. Great video as always, Bob!
They're fantastic. I'd love to own one someday.

I'm actually seriously considering going for the reverse panda. Nice watch. Thanks Joe!
@@TimeToGoTravelAndTimepieces great choice!
Thanks for the review Bob, shame Hamilton didn’t include a display case back to show off that manual wind movement.
Yeah that was a miss to me. They have a pic of the movement on the Hamilton site and it looks really nice.
100% agreed.

That's awesome! I'm very tempted to pick one up myself. They're excellent. Congrats on getting one!
Thanks
Great video Bob. They all are stunning Timepieces. Can't make up my mind which is the nicest one.
Still the same for me. Both look great.

It's been quite awhile since I've gotten hands on with one but I feel it's a characteristic of the movement.

That was actually a Hamilton strap. Not sure if you can buy it on it's own from Hamilton but it's a nice strap.
I’m so confused by thickness. Everyone ranges from 14.3 to 14.9. All state with the sapphire included. Which is it?
I measured 14.9mm with the crystal.
Is the mesh bracelet panda still available at Gembijou? Didn't see it on their website...
Thanks. We're doing some work to the site right now but I believe we do have the white dial version on mesh. I'll check Monday and update the site.
Are you in Toronto?
@@TimeToGoTravelAndTimepieces yes I am in Markham
A class watch, very attractive with excellent specs. Shame about display case back
Yes it is. Too bad about that but still an excellent watch.
Great work as always. I love all of them ❤️
Thanks a lot Miguel.
These are nice looking watches. I think it is greta that Gem Bijou is lending you these watches so we can learn about them. 😊👍
Sam the owner has been awesome! I have some really cool stuff coming soon thanks to him. Thanks Jeffrey!
Nice review, thank you for your effort....m falling in love on this hamilton chronograph
Appreciate it and I can see why. It's a beautiful watch.
You will like the watch I can't quite looking at it it's on my wrist right now l have the white dial
I think I love them as much as you do Bob 👌
Informative video and nice images, thank You for sharing 👍
Thanks Stefaan. Loving those wrist shots recently on Insta btw :)
@@TimeToGoTravelAndTimepieces thank You Bob 😊
I went Panda on leather.
Very nice looking watches. Panda would be my pick. 👌
Thanks Joe. I'm really liking both👍👍
Awesome review 👍
Thank you!
Which one has the better movement Seagull ST19 or Hamilton
Good question. Tough to beat those Seagull movements considering the cost.

Seiko
Great video Bob! Panda would be my choice 🐼
Thanks man. Yeah the panda looks awesome 👌
Very nice I'm a reverse panda guy myself .Just find them easier to read .
Thanks. I love the reverse panda version.
Just when I think I have my next watch picked out you go and show me something great to confuse me 😁😁🐼🐼
My apologies 😁👍

I'd opt for the mesh..... If I were 90 years old
Lol.😅
