It doesn't av to be protective styles that takes weeks and months to leavein,it can be low manipulative styles that takes days and weeks which helps to reduce knots and tangles for length retention
Thx dear for sharing this coz im the kind I f aperson who doesn't like wigs, waves, braids or any kind of extension but still want to grow my 4c hair long
These are great tips but I struggle to figure out when I can use rinses while doing these styles as my hair shrinks so much with any bit of water in it. Does it mean we totally do away with tea rinses?
My hair thrived when I moisturized and sealed 2x daily and scalp massaging every other day. As soon as I leave my hair alone, my hair goes to dust.
This is why is important to understand your hair,as it makes hair care easy. If moisturizing 2x daily works for you, then why not? 😊

Yes. That's the essence of low manipulation hairstyles.
The goal is not to manipulate your hair, whilst it's in a low manipulation hairstyle as well.
