We are eleven YES a soccer/football team.
My mother was & is bad***.
    She's 81 years & I'm the third last born I'm 50 years.
Her eyes alone would scare the living daylights out of us.
I have six brothers & we are five girls.
We've had employees all our lives BUT we know how to wash clothes, dishes, cook, make our beds clean & pick up after ourselves. She has almost 25 grandkids some are spoilt & have an attitude she doesn't entertain that in her home.
    She has great grandkids.
One throws insane tantrums he broke his tablet hit it on the floor 4 times 🤦🏿‍♀️🤷🏿‍♀️my niece his mother said I'll buy him another🤔😓😥😲😱my mother was getting to her boiling point.
I take my privileged nieces & nephews around the neighborhood for them to understand their children who don't have shoes & three meals a day.

One thing I learnt to do is to converse with the kids.
It is amazing what you get out of them.
Sometimes when they do things wrong or performed sub par, we ask them "What do you think about what you did?" OR "Are you happy with this grade? "They can be brutally honest and they self correct as a result.
People also think that letting the kids know that money is tight puts pressure on them,
    I disagree.
We make them believe that money is tight all the time!!
When we go shopping, we start from the clearance section and outlets.
Now, our girls enjoy thrifting! They are pros!
The overcompensating is a huge problem!
That gave birth to Pushy African Mums, Bulldozer parents and Helicopter mums!
I am not sure how to solve that.
Just last night, I stayed awake until 2am watching a 23 year old, full grown, Engineer on Life360, travel from Seattle to Nashville
until he got to his apartment.(while his dad was fast asleep)
This is a problem for me.
    Anxiety, Paranoia? I don't know!
    Avoid this if possible!
    Thank you for sharing!
    You make me feel normal!
