Thank you for the advice. I wanted to specialize in one area but now as my research progress towards my goal in real-estate, it's clear that I would be limiting myself. I want abundance without limitations in real estate. Thank you.
Hii Kevin I’m from South Africa. We do not have lists of expired listings the way you described and very few FSBO. All I can do is to ho thgrough out “MLS” which is Property24.co.za to find listings older than 60 or 90 days and thought to apprach those sellers as you would with exp listings. Makes sense?

Absolutely! PEOPLE buy houses from PEOPLE...and they know when you are just using them to make a buck...
