I appreciate this video ! i’ve been searching for a video that didn’t just replace the seal but replaced the whole pinion yoke etc . This really helped , i’m doing mine today and hoping everything works out ! I also have this same pinion yoke and all the extra stuff that came with it so this really helped ! thanks for the vid !!
@@savgscrapy1456 NO PROBLEM MAN!! Glad it helps. This vid was really a shot in the dark hoping a few people would really appreciate it. I couldn’t find a video like this so I put it out there.
What size socket is the nut, i had an 1" laying around but was to small. Im catching alot of 32mm around the web. Dont wanna run into the wrong size and have to go back and forth. Great work by the way. Ill be going at this after work today.
@@RCSmith90bro i did this job with that first seal you used the dorman from autozone, not knowing the damn yoke had a seal too so i was still leaking after just not as bad 🤣🤣
I couldn’t remember do I rewatch it and had to listen to myself talk wit the phone to my ear. I did 40lb then I see after the 40 I went a bit further to about 50 tops. Pretty much until there was no play back and forth.
Thanks for the help!

I had to pause it and zoom in. It’s a
1 -1/4. Good luck man. Felt good to have a dry differential finally.
@@RCSmith90 definitely thank you. Yeah I stopped driving until I get it done. Diff leaking way to much.
bro do you have an automatic or manual? was it the 8.5 in seal if so do you still have link for exactly what you bought
I have an automatic 4L60-E. The part number for this we should be in the description of the video.
