If can't already tell, I've been addicted to using audio glasses since I first tried them 😅 The Bose Frames are excellent for gaming too! I figured I would compare two of the BEST audio glasses you can buy right now to see which one is better...Bose Frames vs Soundcore Frames! Hope you enjoy it!
Hi! I'm having a hard time deciding on Bose or Soundcore and while I'm leaning towards Soundcore more, I notices the product is fairly new and when looking at reviews on amazon it only has 4 reviews and they were all negative. They were complaining with the fact that the audio would cut off randomly/depending on lighting cause of the feature it has that pauses the audio when its not in used and another big problem that the audio was not sync with the video and/or both sides of the glasses. Could you clarify these concerns and are they real or fake. Thanks for the help!
I've owned both and one thing that needs to be mentioned is with Bose there's a cable that runs through the hinge that can wear with time , they may have improved it now but I know from experience that it can happen and looking into fixes I found there was many with same issue , you just don't have the wear with two separate devices (each arm being its own unit) with the soundcore
I just bought both…Bose audio quality is wayy better for sound quality; the audio is very tinny on the anker (sounds very muffled). Anker has much better function though
What I wonder more is how they compare to the Ray Ban Stories, especially for the fact unlike these, the Stories come with a charging case, which is good for on the go charging, since you're likely on the go when out wearing sunglasses, so these having to be awkwardly anchored to a plug in charger, getting weird stares from people seeing you plugging in your glasses to a computer or a wall wart isn't ideal.
Just bought the Bose tenor last night at Walmart Because the shape was identical to my prescription glasses I swapped the lenses 98% fitment😳, If the same where to happen with the soundcore No doubt I will go with them for now I’m stuck with Bose Even though they’re no longer sunglasses I wish it was transition so they can get dark When I go outside
I've had both and have found that the build quality of the Bose frames is poorer. I've had two sets of Bose frames break on the hinge in the space of months, because there's no give with the plastic. So if your head is slightly wider than the "large" frames, they won't last. So far I've found that the Soundcore Frames not only have more give on the hinges (also they're metal, which makes much more sense), but the overall build of them is much more robust. I'll gladly sacrifice sound quality for longevity any day.
how about Rx sbubscriptions? I have two pairs of bose frames, one pair of transition lenses with my fat ass prescription. Bose has a GREAT warranty policy, when frames A craps out I warranty them and switch the lenses to frames B and so on.... BooYaKa! Nice vid, well done
I'd say quality is similar but you can push the volume a bit further on quest 2 *Play around with the eq in the app if you get it tho the defaults arnt the best but you can tune it to give a great sound

i love the bose’s sound quality but the soundcore design is just way much better than the bose.

The bass level can't possibly be as good in the soundcore frames since soundcore is not using waveguide and the speakers are much smaller

The bose do stop playing when you take them off
Great review, thanks a load!
I'm thinking of getting one and change the lenses for prescription ones, I just don't know if it's worth it...
Is it possible to change the lenses with prescription ones and use them like normal pair of glasses? Hows the latency with Nintendo switch?
I wish I had a option to attach these arms to any regular pair of sunglasses
I'm personally not a huge fan of any of the soundcore frames
No matter how much you tweek on the setting in the soundcore they won't sound as good as the bose
Where do you get blue light lenses

OMG I like your vids
How does the sound of Soundcore frames compare to the Quest 2? Better than Quest?

I've got lucyd lite , they look better and have smaller frames, these are huge, are they made for fat heads??
No, Bose speakers on these sound waaaaay better than the other glasses. The tests speak for themselves.

This seems to be the difference between a company that's making a product they love vs a company making a product to make money from.
