It is far BETTER because it puts extra hydrogen in the water. First of all it is good for your kidneys. And you should not be drinking distilled water because it has zero minerals and zero electrolytes. You should be drinking bottled real spring water (make sure the Coca Cola co and Pepsi companies don't sell the water. Don't buy DASANI water, that is owned by the Coca Cola co and all it is is plain filtered water). Wrong. The directions specifically say, “never use tap water”! Read the actual directions.

@@grammiesgottabbgun2906 you aren't doing anything wrong. I'm a doctor and hydrogen water is well studied and has almost zero potential to do anything but help you. If you smoke it is even better for you because it will protect you from the radicals of the smoke.
