If you've made it this far in the description, remember to be safe when creature adventuring! Most wild animals can cause injury if harassed, and I do not recommend attempting to capture any creatures without purpose and practice. The reason that I interact with wildlife is to produce these educational videos, and I have years of zoology experience under my belt. Also, I always ask permission from a land owner before exploring on their property, and you should do the same.
Keep adventuring everywhere, and keep your adventures safe at all times!

By far the coolest bird. We have a lot around where I live, so there’s tons of great Osprey watching right off the beaten path.

I think they are super cool and underrated because they are relatively common now.

Awesome job on this video! Ospreys are very amazing birds, and I hope to see one some day. I liked how you talked about how DDT is bad for this animal. Again, great video!

Great stuff Ben! Ospreys are some of my all time favorite raptors, Evan and I grew up watching ospreys in New Jersey, and we’ve seen them everywhere from our hometown in PA to the marshes of Florida. You got some documentary-quality shots here, easily some of the best osprey nest footage I’ve seen on RUclips. The interactions between the mother and the chicks was adorable, and I’m really glad you got the opportunity to see it so close up! Awesome video as always!

I never knew that they were also called 'Seahawks'. We have a live Osprey cam where we can watch a nest each spring. Each year the offspring are name 'sara and sota' we live in sarasota. I look forward each spring to watching the cam. The footage you got was fantastic, nice find. Thanks for teaching us. peace

that was an incredible experience I'm sure! Living on the banks of the lower cape fear river I have witnessed bald eagles aggressively take the catch of Ospreys in the air and on shore. A scene I really wish I had on film!
