Now I cannot wait to get back to home, to my country, my gym and my routine and back in shape! Although I still have a couple of months in the middle of nowhere, I'll just keep watching your videos to mentally prepare myself cause as you just said, it is so important to be mentally focused but sometimes not so easy! My time was 2:13 for the 50 push up challenge and i forgot to post on the stair master challenge but my time was 17 mins for 100 floors! Love watching the videos very helpful and fun to watch! Thanks for the constant motivation!! :)
Does the triple shot just mean that it's got three times the amount of caffeine? Therefore a more effective pre-workout? Lol I'm clueless with coffee :P
Coffee drinks (latte's, cappuchinos, etc) have shots of espresso, plus milk! So a tall drink (the smallest size) would usually only have one shot. A grande (size up) has 2 shots and a Venti (biggest size) has 3 shots of espresso. So I get a triple for the 3 shots, but minimal amount of added milk! 3 shots has about as much caffeine as most preworkouts.

Military pushups are a little bit easier due to using more chest and
Triceps, also less stress on your shoulder and elbows.
