ur not alone at all bro, no shirt under hoodie + pajama pants= my go to winter pajamas around the house, haha i'll even keep a hoodie on with nothin underneath when running errands. however, i did once drive to the gym and go to take the hoodie off mid way through the workout when i realized i didn't have a shirt underneath, so it ended up being a nice sweat shirt workout lol, was sweating my ass off

Am I the only one who doesnt fell any special affect from beta alanine? For me taking C4 is just like drinking a coffe.
I only feel it if I haven't taken anything with beta alanine in it for a while
I only feel it in Curse. C4 or any other pre work out don't do anything for me :/

I think C4 isn't designed with a ton of caffeine (150 mg) so it doesn't give you that jittery feeling. I personally haven't really ever been a fan of C4 cause I would have to take a scoop and a half to get the same amount of energy from something else. I think it's a little less strong than the new ON Gold Standard Pre - it doesn't give you the tingle but the energy lasts for a while. But as always, pre workout should be cycled off and on. Shouldn't become dependent on it.
Are you talking about the skin tingling from it ? Thats really different from person to person lol, personnaly i just get it for like 5min on the face with about 3g of pure beta-alanine, hopes that helps ! :)
