Seriously, I have been doing this kind of exercises for years alone in the basement while listening to music and being on my own. Now I discovered it is called KALISTHENICS. PARACALO!

Do you have any wrist strengthening workouts? My body is stronger than my wrists can handle. So like push ups, my wrists give out before I hit my failure point.
