    Massive respect!
I've been training calisthenics (without a set plan & somewhat inconsistently) for also around 4 years now and still haven't mastered the handstand.
Seeing this really motivates me. Thanks!

I usually don’t see spinal mobility in beginner videos! Thank you for including them! ❤

thanks for this easy routine!!! I've been so inconsistent with calisthenics because I don't have a specific routine, will definitely be trying this out :)

Would love if you can make a follow along beginner workout including all exercises without cutting the part of fasting and if possible start from progressions 0 or 1 that is pushups starting from wall to ground please please sister. And loved the video whole heartedly ❤❤

I am not new, but it really motivates me. I really struggle with handstands, so the routine comes in handy. Good video!!

Hii! I actually have a back neck hump , so is it a good idea for me to start learning calisthenics?

Hi! Calisthenics doesn't "fix" neck humps but it definitely does help to build upper body strength and improve mobility, which might contribute to better posture and less visible neck hump overtime I think🙂
