Tired after the 24. This is due to the changeover times and a lot of driving at night and sleeping during the daytime. Sleeping with the reefer and ice pack running. Then you do not sleep well, which you do in the 24 and relax at other times. .And age also plays a role. It's all about a rhythm. A good rhythm makes it easier for your biological clock, which provides your energy. Eating at the same times also helps. It aint easy with this job. I know. I've been there. I did the same job as you for a long time in EU. Rushing at night and sleeping during the day with a reefer on. Some people went to sleep for 30 minutes during the 45 minute mandatory break. I couldn't do that. Then I would be broken when I woke up and had to move on Keep the wheels rolling Ken. Have a good one. Stay safe.
