Matt, would love to see a video tour of your outdoor kitchen and the materials that make it up. Looking to build one and yours looks very well laid out and the materials look bomb proof!!!
Made this today. It is so amazing crunchy chicken fried outer layer with juicy rich burnt end inside and then there's that Jalapeno ranch sauce. My family and friends loved it. Pastor Matt has not led me wrong yet !!! Thank you !!!
Can't always keep up with the videos... this video was the bomb! Love burnt ends, and the jalapeño ranch ... the family is a little shy when it comes to heat, but I lot it hot the hotter the better! A little sweet is the way to go. When I lived in Kansas, we frequented Gates BBQ and the sweetness of the sauce was one of the biggest draws. As an alternative to a egg wash I sometime use a Japanese mayo coating to help the flour to adhere... frequently use Japanese mayo.
wow really, one episode with bbq pit masters and boom you took off. dude this is reall back yard BBQ fun. love your pork belly burnt ends and now chicken fried
I've never heard of that being done to burnt ends, but I'm loving the idea. Planning a brisket cook this weekend anyway so I think this is the new plan. Love the Jalapeno Ranch dressing idea also!!!!👍👍👍
Love it, I've been running through the recipes with you on a weekly basis! Just did the White Alabama BBQ Chicken and I'm doing your country ribs right now. Looking forward to giving these a try next weekend. 🤙🤙🤙
I started making these back when I first got into bbq, but used jalapeño gravy . After trying your version a few years later at Red Dirt jalapeño ranch is now my go to.
Man those look delicious. So much time involved to get there though. Smoke a couple brisket, cube up the points + smoke again, batter and then fry them.
Hell yeah! Just ordered some Chicken Fried Breading to make Nashville Hot Chicken sandwiches with...and it looks like I'm gonna need to order a few more packages!
How about making some Unicorn Meat Enchiladas? Leftover pork rib meat, grilled onion, avocado slice and some of that slow to melt mexican white cheese turned into an enchilada served with a white sauce. Ive never seen enough left over pork ribs to even try this idea but I know its a winner. Prove me wrong!
As I watched you slice them cubes up, and then took them out of that Traeger, I knew you were going to have to eat one bite before you dredged them! ps - recipe looks amazing. Going to be doing it soon! Would go great with the Jalapeño poppers recipe (those were amazing btw)!
Alright. Om dead after that. Is there a schedule ornplacenwherebyour foodnisnon display? I live in DeSoto and have been to your store in downtown Waxahachie and would love to try your food!
Those look freaking amazing! My doctor isnt going to like it but im making these! Would chuck roast work if you cant find just the brisket point for sale?
@@gabo2585 or maybe he doesn't want to pay for the whole brisket. Maybe he doesn't have a big enough smoke for a whole brisket. Maybe he doesn't want to have to eat a whole brisket.
I love a lot of fresh ingredients and would consider omitting the ranch packet and 1/3 cup of finely chopped parsley, green onions and fresh dill each and a couple of tablespoons of mined garlic. Then hit that guy with a good squeeze of lime or vinegar.
LOL I had never fried anything in my life other than whole turkeys, until the Nashville Hot Chicken episode. Now I’m gonna have to break out that peanut oil again…

Think I’ll try this with pork belly bites and sauce after frying. I love the brisket point as is.
Amazing idea! Loved the Alabama sauce a couple episodes back that would be a great dip for these chicken fried ends.
So much for cooking that chicken this weekend. This is gonna be the thing. Looks fabulous!
One hand wet, one hand dry when breading those delicious little nuggets 😋
I don't usually smoke up a brisket but I do have a chuck roast now I can test with. Cheers Matt!

When I was young my dad used to make me getting him a beer from the fridge feel like it was the coolest thing to do lol. I was so had
I ate the rest of my point. Too bad.

Looks delicious! Does the bbq sauce taste come through after frying?
Yes.
How Do you hate the stand the cast iron Dutch oven is on?
Matt, need to get the pickle juice in there!
Roy Munson - "This..this feels weird. Is this even legal?" Meat Church - "I don't know. It's fun though, isn't it?" Chicken fried burnt ends for days!
Just trust me! 😜

Not 1 bit!
This I gotta try. #legit
I've never clicked a video faster.
Those look freaking amazing! My doctor isnt going to like it but im making these! Would chuck roast work if you cant find just the brisket point for sale?
I don't see why not. Either Matt or Malcolm have a video on it called poor man's burnt ends or something like that.
The only thing keeping you from smoking a whole brisket to just use the point for this, it's yourself
@@gabo2585 or maybe he doesn't want to pay for the whole brisket. Maybe he doesn't have a big enough smoke for a whole brisket. Maybe he doesn't want to have to eat a whole brisket.
How do you not snack on those ends whilst you were prepping the burnt ends...what will power!!
What’s the name of the seasond flower???
Meat Church Chicken Fried Breading - www.meatchurch.com/collections/injections/products/chicken-fried-steak-breading

Oh my lord. Whenever brisket doesn’t cost me a years salary I’m definitely going to have to make these.
Make the poor man's burnt ends w/ a chuck roast and you'll get the same thing. :)
I’m doing this with pork belly burnt ends!
Keep me posted!!
Damn Matt where is the I ain’t mad at it merch
My cardiologist called and he told me to tell you the check is in the mail.
Them look damn good
I love a lot of fresh ingredients and would consider omitting the ranch packet and 1/3 cup of finely chopped parsley, green onions and fresh dill each and a couple of tablespoons of mined garlic. Then hit that guy with a good squeeze of lime or vinegar.
Would this work with pork belly?
Totally
Don’t be afraid to chicken fry anything.
Tasty
Can you do Turkey legs ???
LOL I had never fried anything in my life other than whole turkeys, until the Nashville Hot Chicken episode. Now I’m gonna have to break out that peanut oil again…
