  • Do you want to add power to your smash? Well this is the video to watch, I share some good advise on how to add strength to your muscles in your wrist, forearm and the shoulder, and also to your swing power.
    I talk about the power trainer, the hand weight og the hand pressure tool, all 3 good things to add to your badminton bag.
    It is not all about muscle power, the technique is more important in order to hit really hard, BUT you off course need some power in your arm to generate the swing and hit the shuttle.
    Learn this basic smash technique by watching this video from our channel:

    by continuously playing by our right arm , does it affect the muscle development of both hands like right arm is having more muscles than left ?

    • @kenji2342
      @kenji2342 3 года назад +5

      I don't think so, swinging a badminton doesn't really stimulate effective muscle growth because it's so light - usually less than 90g, but I think most of the little muscle gains will be on forearms and anterior(front) shoulder. I think there will be only a slight difference of size, if you want big arms then you should lift weights, ideally heavy enough to stimulate the muscle.
