      1) because you play with your wrist, not you hole arm
      2) because once you learn to coordinate it's not really that hard, and you play by muscular memory. So you can focus on singing only really :)

      IDK. When I bought this & brought it home & it began with the acoustic sounding stuff leading into it, I was Questioning it, & then I remember it punching ME in the face that 1st time - & it's STILL one of my top Metallica songs!! Heavy & Fast, & with James' & Jasons' vocals HERE, just makes it all that much better!!

      Moi je me fous bien de ce que les gens disent sur Lars. La plupart ne doivent meme pas etre capable de faire la moitié de ce qu il fait. J ai appris a jouer du drums grace a lui et meme si ce n est pas le meilleur,il restera mon drummer preferé pour toujours. Sans lui Metallica n existerait pas.

    I was at this concert, I was then in my second year studying in college, what groups were there and I don’t remember, I went to METALLICA, it was a complete blowout, Broom - we remembered listening to it at home and in urgent company back in 86, when it was openly that the pioneers and Komsomol members did not approve of the blah)) which did not stop us from drawing her name through a stencil on the back of the padded jacket)) on the trashed cassettes on Elektronika 302 with the batteries crumpled into the trash, it arose that this way they would work a little longer)) and instead rewinding after wiretapping, I used a pencil, the film broke, you nicked the nail lag from your mother or older sister, glued the film and listened again, and here is BROOM live in Moscow, my whole world turned upside down with emotions then...)))

    Metallica came out guns blazing at this show.. right after Pantera came out guns blazing.. might have been the only time Metallica was ever pressured to follow up an opener. Metallica sounded this good because Pantera upped the ante and they responded.

    I'm trying to think of another time/band that both hit it's peak in terms cohesion as a band, at the peak of their catalog, their skill, their fame, and their individual abilities like Metallica here. They're not just global megastars, but they would blow other bands out of the water in terms of the live show. It's insane to think about what it must have been like to see them in 1991 when I was...8? Lucky people.
