- Within a few days, after these two 1100 class locos owned by QUBE Logistics. Arrived here in Western Australia, they were quickly placed onto working the Watco BHP Nickel West acid / nickel matte 351 / 352 trip service trains between, Kwinana and Hampton.
This video covers the first time these two locos worked in tandem on a eastbound 351 service ex Kwinana. Saturday 20 July 2024.
Note. This is apparently not the first time these two locomotives worked together in Western Australia. I've been told they both hauled the westbound 6532 service from Hampton, the day before.
Video locations at Millendon Junction, Katrine and Northam.
Both locos are to work the new start up container train shuttle service when that commences.
Between Kenwick Intermodal Terminal and North Quay Rail Terminal at Fremantle Port. In operation for Watco's Intermodal Group, (IMG) intermodal services.
