    Props: Mini-Ball
    *Prenatal clients will need to do any supine work (laying on the back) on a wedge after 16 weeks as supine work is contraindicated after that point.     I am so impressed with the creativity of your classes and the precision of your instruction. You are a GREAT instructor and I have loved every class I’ve taken. I appreciate so much they are unique and different classes each time - never boring or too routine!

    I am so glad I found your classes! My husband recently bought me a reformer so I am new to home workouts (I have been a Club Pilates member for a year.) I love that you incorporate the ball, box, etc with jumping. Such a great workout. I am excited to do additional ones you have posted☺️

      @@aprilplankpilates I actually have a request...I recently added a tower to my reformer. Would love to see some total body tower with less push through bar and more roll-down bar, 30 or 60 minutes :)

    Love your jump workouts! I don’t have a jump board so I’ve been subbing it with a cardio tramp. Seems to get the job done as I’m sore after. Do you think I should consider purchasing a jump board? Are there added benefits verses the cardio tramp?

      I haven’t used the cardio tramp but I think it is a great substitute from what I’ve seen. I wouldn’t think you would need a jump board 😊
