    Love ! Love ! Love ! Will definitely add this to one of my all time favourites to do ! This is my first jump class after my surgery and it felt soooooo good ❤️ you are amazing !

    Thanks you April! I tend to shy away from doing cardio on the reformer, but since you’re such a fantastic teacher, I figured I’d give it a try. I so enjoyed it! I liked the challenge and being sweaty. I am going to now try to do this a couple times a week. The rest of the workout was excellent as well. Thanks again!😊👍

    This class was awesome! Thanks for the new variety! Do you have a Pilates Springboard with which to do a class solely for that?

      All springs weights are given throughout the workout. It changes throughout.
