UPDATE: Finally solved my problem. It was EGR valve. Lets explane- the “fluctuation” happens because the EGR valve work incorrectly. We saw on Star diagnosis that egr vavle close and open, but not on right time. In my case egr does not close correctly in time before switching. When this happen, the exhaust gases comes in engine and loss power then ecu dont know what happened and trying to restore the power( that moment when rpm drop from 2000 to 1900 and then rise up).
I hope i helped.
The symptom we were targeting was that egr works in the open position 95% on idle. It was normal for it to be open for the first few minutes of ignition( when temperature of engine reach >20degrees) , but mine was even open on a hot engine in the range of 0 to 90 degrees.

День добрый. У меня w212 2,2cdi 2011год, АКПП 722.9. Купил год тому назад и сразу поменял масло в АКПП с промывкой гидроблока и соленоидов, больших изменений не наблюдал как был провал на 2передаче так и остался. Был и w211 2,2cdi такая же проблема на 2 передаче провал, рестоврировал и гидроблок на w211 не помогло. Единственное что заметил я на обеих машин если трогатся с места в спортивном режиме более резво то провала почти не чюствуется. С холодами провал чюствуется сильнее.
Да вы правы. У меня тоже как у Вас. Вчера вообще кошмар было, с 2 на 3 сильный толчок, с 3 на 4 ий. Как будто вообще сума сошел. Такого не было до сих пор
Вчера не дописал. Я в итоге решил вопрос с провалом на w211 заменой блока управлением АКПП что находится в салоне со стороны пассажира. Провал пропал но АКПП не держала в передаче на спусках при маленькой скорости. Это все было терпимо, так и продал человек доволен даже и не сообразил.

Hi. Probably you solved problem. If not maybe this will help. I had similar problem on cold weather. I had to clean Intake air temperarure sensor and change pcv valve and camshaft seal. plus fit thight all pcv connections. After that gearbox change gear is like new. Engine quiet and smooth again.
Could you tell me where is intake air temperature sensor ?

have that same problem and jerking 1-2 gear or 2-3 gear not every time, but only cold engine 100-300meters road. I think is a problem with software gearbox problem.

First clean the egr and throttle body. If the problem persists, the cube valve should be changed.

Same problem with mi 7g tronic when cold shifts only after 2000rpm , when is higher then 4 degrees C outside is ok. But when is with minus gearbox shits only at higher rpm . No error somtimes 3rd gear jerks . Did anyone had that problem and solved it?

у меня на 164 таже проблема, все эти промывки замены соленойдов гидроплат не помогают, эти проблемы у многих, на одном форуме писалось что возможно дело в abs датчиках колёс, мол если какой-то датчик неправильно показывает, но это всё диагностируется и у меня например не проявилось
за несколько лет ничего не меняется ни у меня ни у друзей.никто ни смотрят на эту явление, 5-10 минут езды и коробка роботает отлично!!нету мерсов с пятиступкой где нет таких проблем если так можно сказать.на 229 вот можно назвать проблемы !
То есть забыть об этом и не обращать внимание?
@@AmazingRoad Нужно собрать все эти АКПП мерседес и отвезти их в Германию,и с позором выставить компанию мерседес через СУД на весь мир. Меня второй год мучают проблемы толчков и я их до сих пор не решил.Где я только не был и что я только не делал -обновлял ПО двигателя и коробки,сбрасывал адаптации не раз,менял масло раньше времени,без толку. Толчки начались в 65000 тыс сейчас 101000 тыс.Толчки по стандарту с 2 на 3 и с 5 на 4.немного с 1 на 2 .Заменил на 100 тыс.масло в акпп не 77 и не 78 ,а 69 толчки с 5 на 4 ушли полностью.Дальше тупик.

Maybe DPF filter didn’t regenerate?
Bad oil or kyb valve (Tcc solenoid) usually if ITS one of those it will get better When the transmission warms up not sure thats what i would guess

Привет. У меня тоже такая ситуация w212 5g 2010 год, допустим еду на 3 им скоросте 2000 оборот , даю газ тахометр поднимается 2600-2800 ну не переключает на 2 ом , потом спускается тахометр на 1800 и едет на втором, от чего может быт ? Поменял дважды гидроблока разница нету
Спустя сотню километров с такой проблемой я встал на коробку;)

The vehicle is moving, even if I press the full gas pedal, the speed rises lazily, when it comes to 1300 (20 km / h), the vehicle suddenly jumps forward and returns to normal immediately after the speed drops by 2 scales and the sound changes as if it will stop at the sound of the engine. The gearbox master is also surprised by this situation. Could it be from a capacitor in the electronic brain? He doesn't always do. When it does, it continues to decrease until the vehicle warms up and returns to normal. When you give too much gas, it may not do this because it shifts to 2nd gear at high speed. It shifts like oil when I put it in manual 1st gear and the speed increases, then when I put it in 2nd gear. It cannot always do this automatically. If there is a mechanical transmission problem, I think it will do it all the time. When I changed the hydromechanical brain to 2nd hand, the shaking was a little less. I also changed the oil and filter. Then I installed 2nd hand solenoids in the vehicle's own hydromechanical brain, the result did not change. I will measure the solenoids via the electronic board. If I reach out-of-limit data, I will replace the relevant solenoid.

I replaced the TCC Solenoid. The problem persists. I measured all solenoids, within limit. The removed TCC solenoid is also within the limit, 2.6 ohms. A user with the same problem changed the torq converter, had the transmission overhauled, changed the second hand hydromechanical brain many times. But the problem persists. It may be related to the electronic brain (TCM). No fault record, no warning, no sign.

Guys I used to have the same problem but I fix it I change the exhaust pressure sensor and it stop doing that. I have an W211 320cdi 2007. Maybe could help in your situation as well cheers

Очень похоже что загрязнился соленоид блокировки ГТ. Старом или Лаунчем его можно временно отключить и попробовать проехаться. Если коробка вываливается в аварийный режим, то как вариант загрязнились датчики входящей и исходящей скорости, они находятся на гидроплате. Можно попробовать почистить их, но помогает не надолго.

Regarding noises, I even hear a hissing from a relay to activate when the speedometer passes 40 or 60 or 80 km / h, depending on the pace that the car initially gives. Do it only once and do not repeat until you turn off the ignition ?
What will be activated or deactivated under these conditions to make this effect in the relay? Is it normal?
Notes:
1. Inside the cockpit the noise is not immediate, it happens for 2 seconds and usually follows the automatic gear change.
2. Noise detected with mobile phone video in the engine fuse box. (I still don't know which relay is right, despite having already changed some)
3. This phenomenon occurs only once with each engine start and is only repeated when I switch the engine off and on again in any other situation.

I have the same problem. Transmission and torque converter were replaced by the previous owner, but no torque converter clutch adaptation was done. I tried to do it by myself but xentry always freezes during adaptation. I was wondering if your torque converter was replaced too

Я тож на Китае ездил все время. Но потом стали плохие продавать. Вибрации пошли на 18 дисках а протектор новый. Расслаиваться стали и тд.
Сча я живу в США, и тут тож есть китай. Купил себе на 211 ахилес резину. Пробег 3 к миль и тож че то вибрирует чуть.

@@AmazingRoad такое впечатление что подвесной вибрирует. Искали искали не могли найти резина же новая, потом поставил бу мишлен и пропала вибрация. Сейчас передок чуть подбирает на скорости к 80 90 миль в час.
@@CLtrade нет у меня все в порядке. просто задок стал как желе. Динамика изменился. На скорости не можешь войти в поворот, задаток несет в сторону. Наверно новая по этому.

I have the same issue with CLA 220D shooting brake after the garage fixed a small oil leak.

My w204 2007 c200k has this same issue jerk before shifting in first and second gear i changed the fluid and changed the conductor plate with solenoid but nothing fixed it pls help if anyone knows how to fix it.

I had same problem with really not smooth from 1 to 3 gear I don adaptation in Mercedes after 4 days the problem came back adaptation will not help
I have the exakt Same Problem on my CLK C209 200k. Did you solve the Problem? I have changed the solonoid for the torque converter and the conductor platz. And i have flushed the transmission fluid. When i accelerate from zero, there is a jerk before the transmission is in second gear like in the video. Every other gear is very smooth.

I have the exact same issue with my E-Class form 08/2014. I am in contact with Mercedes-Benz and ZF. ZF is the manufacturer of the gearbox.

In case this helps. I went to an Official MB Dealership here and to an authorized automatic transmission repair shop. I have left the car overnight in both cases. Both the dealership and repair shop confirmed the same thing: the transmission behaviour is normal and they weren’t able to notice anything abnormal. They said the jerk from 5th to 4th when atf is cold is normal.
Funny thing: the repair shop guys told me that all 7G tronics do the same, including the Little jerk when coming to a stop. It’s just that people don’t notice. They probably thought I am crazy or something...The MB dealership only told me they weren’t able to find anything abnormal.
They both recommended an oil change considering my car has almost hit 5 years. Also, please notice that the “jerk” in my case - after the transmission fluid heats up - is barely noticeable.. it’s just that you can “feel” the Gearbox shifting gears.
Personally, I think both your cars have no issues and I hope it’s like this!

It's called shift flare. My 2004 Nissan Sunny with 525,900 kms does that from 2nd to 3rd gear. The rpm jumps from 2000 to 2200 and drop to 1700 in third gear. Please let me know what went wrong coz my car's having same issue as well

I just found out why my car shifts flares, the lower control arm's bushings were worn-out so the vibration from the shift caused the transmission to shift badly
that's not shift flare. His rpm drops and rises under acceleration just before changing gears. Shift flare happens when transmission slips and not engaging in gear properly.
@@allraw Exactly, also my car's torque converter doesn't lock up. The rpm stays at 3500 at 120 for a 1.8 which is bad. My friend has the same car and it's at 2700 only
did you find what is the problem? I have the same problem, but only on cold engine. When engine reaches 90 degrees the problem disappears.

@@chrisl8614 it's normal for it to do that, there's nothing to fix. However, it is more noticeable on some transmissions.
Is that why it has a rough downshift as well?
On my 211 it does it just before switching to 2nd gear... More noticeable when engine is cold.
Goes to 2000rpm then suddenly drops to 1800 ,feels like a slip the. Rise up to 2000rpm and then it changes gear
Look at the bright side the less it slips the less wear... From my experience sometimes it helps if you change the solenoid valve responsible for operating the torque converter clutch, or even the torque converter itself. However that is a costly undertaking and doesn't guarantee a fix. If you haven't done so yet I would do an ATF fluid change and do an adaptation of the control module

Because of bad pcv valve I had oil in intake manifold, intercooler. I had to clean Maf sensor, intake temp sensor and yesterday I changed Map sensor because it did not work properly. Then I checked for any air leak on the air charge system, sometimes on the inlet to turbo that fat hose from air filter is cracked. After changing Map sensor and reset gearbox procedure car is driving almost perfect. Has much more power, boost, take less fuel, gear change are smooth without that rpm jump. Just alternator is still a bit noisy, i will try to grease alternator pulley clutch and put additional earth, ground cable between engine and battery or car body. Hope it will help with charging issue. Tomorrow I will check car on cold condition.

I have this same problem on my 2009 W204 95,000 miles. Same exact symptoms. I have gotten the TCU updated at Mercedes dealership, I have changed transmission fluid and reset the adaptations. The problem still persists.
Please let me know if anyone finds a solution to this problem.
I think this is not a problem
Yours is722.6 I believe. You need to change TCC PWM Solenoid in your gearbox that is responsible for torque converter lock up. It is very common issue on Mercedes Cars. You won't have jerks and your car will become smooth again after you installed new one.

Когда он не блокирован происходит проскальзывание, происходит плавная блокировка - соответсвенно обороты проседают немного 🤏

i have the same problem only when its cold. I changed the oil but its the same, i think it might be solenoid that is supposed to engage direct connection with engine without slipping for improved fuel economy but it is supposed to do that smoothly.
a oil change might solve your problem but mine didn't

@@viteckafu4730 how did u reseted the gearbox? I tried resetting it with the methods i saw on youtube but gearbox was acting the same, i did not noticed that is reseted, everything was the same. Gearshifts are smooth but only problem is when cold it jerks in second gear trying to lockup in low rpms. I dont think that i have engine air problems because everything is dry in the airbox and the car runs perfectly when in neutral or parking and revs without any jerks
@@vukojeskocajic4804 reset: close Doors, turn off AC radio lights etc. Turn ignition on press throthle all the way down. Wait 15sek, Turn keys to position 0. Take of your foot from throthle pedal. Wait min 3 min. dont touch anything like radio windows.. Wait 3min. You will hear click. Take out keys, put keys again and start engine. Try to reset gearbox when oil will be hot min 80 C.. Then start drive on manuał first gear, use just very little of throthle, car should be on flat road. When you will reach 1400-1800rpm let the car słów down to nearly stop. Repeat this 4 times. Then drive and Upshift to second gear and let car to slow down to nearly stop. Repeat this 4 times, then the same from 2 to 3 gear. And from 3 to 4. Everythime let car to slow down to nearly stop. After that leave engine running on P for 10min. During this AC must be off. Just not exceed 2400rpm and try use as little throthle as you can. After 10min idle on P turn off engine. It should help. But at first check your elecrical system, earth strap between gearbox and car body. Then check you Map, Maf, IAT sensors, clean it. Do you have oil in your intake and intercooler? If yes you have to check pcv valve. If all sensor will be clean and electric system will be ok relays, fuses, then gearbox will work probably as new. When I bought car a new that it cant be gearbox problem because I had problem only when cold for few minutes only. Good luck mate.

Бери только новый, меняется достаточно легко нужно снять гидроблок и заменить соленоид, при замене ошибиться невозможно.

Sir I have a problem, my car is jumping especially from gear 1 to gear two usually it changes gears at 3-4 RPM. I changed the filter and the transmission fluid and still the problem occurring. The mechanic told me the fluid amount is good. It’s pissing me off. How can I fix it or what do you think it’s the problem? My car is E350 V6 2008 sport model
