Being a RUclipsr is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of help from Fame -ster of course) will always pay off at the end.
I just got my 43rd subscriber earlier this afternoon and I totally agree. For me it's not about the attention as much as it is about doing something that I feel is constructive with my free time and sharing a positive message with the world. Keep going, you never know who's going to be your next big fan.
Vidiq knows what theyre teaching! It's been a slow and steady growth for me. But I thank Vidiq for all the info and help! I'm up to almost 800 subscribers, 150,000 views and 13000 watch hours. I'm expected to hit 1000 subs in 6 weeks. Thanks Guys!!!!!
Small business channel here. Almost at 10k subs now, tried some of the Vid IQ advice and have to say it is very helpful. Thanks so much! Still struggling with consistency in format and need to structure my videos better. This video has given me some inspiration.
I'm literally in the middle of watching this and just got a notification of a new subscriber 😆 152 subs now, long way to go but I focus on the journey instead of the destination and enjoying it so far with all the ups and downs. Believe in yourself 💪❤
@@Fablebots when I started my channel I was not using ChatGPT 4 and it wasn’t working but now that I have it it’s been awesome! Still waiting for a big viral video to give me a boost like you 😃
I remember how exciting every new subscriber was in the beginning. Right now I am just 70 subscribers away from 10K, that milestone does rekindle that excitement over every additional sub. 😉
I love your content. I’ve had so many highs on RUclips but when I don’t get subscribers, I feel crazy lows! This gives me the reassurance to keep battling on! Thank you! 🙏
It’s really frustrating not getting subscribers daily. Views low even after taking time to create contents and editing. Hopefully we get there someday❤
I feel you trust me. But, I took a break and did some research then posted a few videos in the same week and after I take a break and research one of those videos does really well (normally just a really great video I did or the topic is way more popular than I thought) hope this helps 😎 research and put the passion in and overtime one of your videos will do better then the rest and keep going. Take those breaks too for you 😎🔥 hope this helps 🚀
Feeling burned out, I started own channel for some peace and a way to share relaxation through music and videos. It's a small step towards healing, with just 10 subscribers so far. Thank you for helpful information 🙃
I've always thought the best time to ask for subs is literally right after you give the greatest value or entertainment of the video. Right after the peak.
This video is a typical "how to get more subscribers" guide that rehashes the same generic advice you've heard a thousand times before, without providing any truly unique or insightful tips. The creator spends most of the video stating the obvious - make searchable titles, use good thumbnails, post consistently, engage with comments, learn from other creators, etc. While not necessarily bad advice, it's nothing groundbreaking. The real "secret" is simply asking viewers to subscribe, which the creator reveals he did in one of his own videos to double his conversion rate. However, he cautions against asking too early before providing value. Overall, the video is mostly fluff without exposing any game-changing strategies. The key takeaway is that there are no magic shortcuts - growing a channel takes hard work, patience, and consistently delivering content your target audience wants to see. Asking for subs can help, but only after you've earned it by providing value first.
Excellent comment, because every word of it is truth. Just do it, never quit, you’ll make mistakes but you’ll learn from them. The only way to lose is to quit.
I went from 20ish(friends mostly and a couple randoms) just from raw gameplay a few years ago when I couldn't edit that welll, only really just trim (crappy slow ps4) lately I've gotten more serious because I want to do youtube. I want to do gaming as a career. Ive been learning to edit and been working ps5 sharefactory as hard as I can. Now i have almost 50, and its made me smile just seeing that go up I'll get there (I'm a gaming channel)
Getting a notification of a new subscriber is exciting, I did a happy dance yesterday when I saw 181 subscribers on my dashboard 🤭 Looking forward to 1000 subscribers on My Agricultural channel. Thank you for making videos like this❤
Imagine having 100k views with 2k likes buh 40 subs. This RUclips journey can be hard. I hope I don't give up. I've seen a friend quit with 800 subs after being stuck there for 3 months
I normally average around 10 Poképickers/subscribers between 3 days or maybe a week, But I'm so close to hitting 3k and love showing my passion for retro and vintage items but also to flip for the PokéFund so I can buy Pokémon items and vintage cards for the PokéCave. 😎✌
Had a recent copyright strike even though the video I uploaded was an in-game clip from a video game. Now after the video takedown, my audience reach dropped big time since then and I wonder when shall this decrease of audience reach last? It's been more than a week now and it sucks coz I am noticing that RUclips is no longer recommending or suggesting my videos after that copyright strike. I am solely relying my views from my subscribers now. Really appreciate your input on this Rob..
I have over 150,000 subscribers. The algorithm definitely hates me. Would love to hear your thoughts on a channel review. I’ve heard you do smaller channels and other things like that. Would love to see you do something like what I’ve got going on.
I don't turn on the notification bell for any channel I subscribe to. Getting notifications are annoying to me. I got them when I wasn't on RUclips and swiped them away anyway. End screens are better.
I’m not subscribed to your channel but it still pops up on my feed all the time. So much that I just started watching some. My question 🙋♂️ is. How many times did you say subscribe in this video 😮
I love your videos. i just started my channel and not having much luck. I've watched many "beginner" videos, but they were too complex. You explain in a way that I understand. I'm going to try what u said. We'll see how it goes. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank You
Same... RUclips wasn't even showing it in the shorts feed much - 66 impressions? Really? I've had shorts gets thousands of impressions, over a 1000 views. I'm only a small channel. Probably would have been better as a standard but short video!
We get between 5 and 10 subs per short, shorts with 1k-4k views. The more personal and authentic the video is the less hits, but the higher the sub ratio. The more generic the short the more views, but less sub conversation. Still really struggling to get traction on the longer form content. But I think that will take time.
If you grow your RUclips subscribers, don't make clickbait videos (including scamming, phishing links) so, people can subscribe you if you don't scam people
