Not really. Prestige master will probably take the longest. The base military camos can be started instantly when unlocking a gun and they only require headshots, then 2 unique challenges for each weapon. Seems like it was made to be accomplished naturally through just playing regularly

for any cods that have 11+ prestiges, im pretty sure they'll do it like bo3 where every 100 levels, you get more prestige badges like 11th and 14th prestige from different BO games
I like the prestige pins, because they advertise what youll be unlocking for that prestige. Prestige 1 is a WaW Zombie because everything you unlock is WaW Zombies themed. WaW Zombies (Thompson blueprint, Der Riese loading screen, WW2 zombie Weaver), WaW Campaign, BO1 Campaign (Mason with a bag on his head (I know thats BO2 but mason is a BO1 character and Manendez is the BO2 story skin)), BO1 Multiplayer (Nuketown themed weapon skin), BO2 Campaign (Manendez skin), BO2 Zombies (Origins giants weapon skin), BO3 Multiplayer (Battery skin), BO3 Campaign, BO4 Blackout, BOCW Campaign (weird Adler themed skin for a character that isnt Adler) all the unlocks match up for those according to the blog

5:24 it’s literally pay for a prestige unlock token. The weapon should lock and if you like it, you use your ingame unlock token to have it at level one and use your blueprint OR you can’t use it until you unlock it again. Idgaf, just put a disclaimer saying “owning this blueprint will not automatically unlock this weapon for use before level requirements are met unless you have used your prestige unlock token)
14:47 I’m assuming this is to negate the easy way of getting the mastery camo as more guns get released you could replace the launchers by doing an ar and a sub, but now you HAVE to get the launchers gold before moving forward
The problem with the camo progression is the same I had with mw2, I ultimately stopped grinding camos because I got all my ars gold and then it wanted me to do challenges for platinum too. It's just crazy that we have to change how camos work and follow mw2's systems. Which sucked.
I think that for the blueprints should be that you should only be able to use the attachments that the blueprint has and not be able to customize it until you unlock the weapon

To do the New Zealand trick on Xbox, change your console location and Activision account to New Zealand. Saw a couple comments asking. You can change it back after but I don't think I ever did
I feel like those guns you unlock via blueprints should have a stipulation like you can`t unlock camos for level up the gun until you hit the required level to unlock said gun
So as somebody who works one week on one week off buying a blueprint and having it permanently unlocked helps me out a lot so I get why they're doing it cuz not all of us can just grind 24/7

I think when you buy the blue print. They should make it where you can’t customize the gun until you hit the lvl where you unlock it. Until then you can only use the blueprint. Which at times can be bad

5:24 it’s literally pay for a prestige unlock token. The weapon should lock and if you like it, you use your ingame unlock token to have it at level one and use your blueprint OR you can’t use it until you unlock it again. Idgaf, just put a disclaimer saying “owning this blueprint will not automatically unlock this weapon for use before level requirements are met unless you have used your prestige unlock token)
They can still sell the shit and WHO TF CARES, if there’s a disclaimer there’s no issue legally.

The problem with the camo progression is the same I had with mw2, I ultimately stopped grinding camos because I got all my ars gold and then it wanted me to do challenges for platinum too. It's just crazy that we have to change how camos work and follow mw2's systems. Which sucked.
Nowdays COD doesn't want you to grind out of mutual love for the game. They want you to grind so you get stuck in the SBMM rinse cycle ASAP

I think that for the blueprints should be that you should only be able to use the attachments that the blueprint has and not be able to customize it until you unlock the weapon

To do the New Zealand trick on Xbox, change your console location and Activision account to New Zealand. Saw a couple comments asking. You can change it back after but I don't think I ever did
I feel like those guns you unlock via blueprints should have a stipulation like you can`t unlock camos for level up the gun until you hit the required level to unlock said gun
So as somebody who works one week on one week off buying a blueprint and having it permanently unlocked helps me out a lot so I get why they're doing it cuz not all of us can just grind 24/7
This is giving me nostalgia, to BO2 what would make this even better is if you can customize your emblem and create the emblem yourself like the good old days. :/
Not having to level up guns to do the camo challenges will be the saving grace for camo grind this year
Lowkey, the best strat for people who bought the normal version, play the campaign. Itll take you a few hours only, but it'll give you 5 weapons to work on after you prestige +1
I think when you buy the blue print. They should make it where you can’t customize the gun until you hit the lvl where you unlock it. Until then you can only use the blueprint. Which at times can be bad
people dont know the pain of old cod prestige where you get nothing but the emblem, were spoiled
It was black ops 2. My most grinded and favourite cod of all time. I had thousands and thousands of quad kills. I grinded all camos and played a ton of hardcore.
i played cod religously for a decade yet 3 years outta the cod grind is when they finally decide to bring back a good cod.. when ol 26 with a 2 year old and a washed up has been sniper. liiiit
