I completely disagree with your review. I think it's an incomplete game and people should wait before buying. The simple fact that they will add 100+ new animation soon into the game make me think they just rushed the game into release

Definitely WAIT TO BUY DUDE. Its so undertuned, I win every award and have superstar director/producer/actors and I'm like 3 years in. Also the time for a year to go buy is WAY TOO LONG and you find yourself unable to unlock any more tech unless you wait (literally took 5 hours to get from 1920-1923), you end up with literally hundreds of millions of dollars and nothing to do with the money. Movies Tycoon releases in 6 days, give that a look

indie devs need to stop trying to recreate "The Movies", it cannot be done and will never be done. Lionhead Studios who developed the original game had over 100 people working on it, millions of dollars to spend creating and publishing it. Devs need to stop wasting our time and their time.

Having actually bought this game and played it for only three hours it is a pile of shit. I completely disagree with what you wrote. There is no customization to speak of. The game is vastly too easy and even on the hardest difficulty by the second endgame year I was able to all of the other studios, and made it not fun because I had infinite money and could not spend nearly enough because there’s nothing to spend the money on

This looks almost like a direct ripoff of The Movies that released in 2005. I still think The Movies is the better game.
