In April of 2023 we found out we were pregnant with our first baby! After a tough year of breast cancer treatment, we weren't even sure if it would be possible to conceive naturally so we have been absolutely thrilled to share this news with you. Today we go in for our 20 week scan and learn that our baby is happy and healthy which is honestly all we could ever hope for. The bonus is that we can now reveal their gender too!! But, in true Eamon & Bec fashion things do not go according to plan and we have a bit of a gender reveal fail on our hands 😝

I have three daughters, and watching them with their dad there's nothing like it. The way a dad loves his daughters is something so special.

Yes this so true I was pregnant with my 3 baby and unfortunately I had a miscarriage I would have been giving birth in January but I am great full for the 2 babies I have 😂

When Bec said I have a new best friend all I could think of was Lee watching over y’all just so happy and excited for this sweet little girl to come into the world to the best parents. This sweet girl is already so loved!

I cried through pretty much this entire video! I love you guys and I’ve never been so happy for people I’ve never actually met! This little girl is so lucky to be born into such an incredible group of family and friends

I totally knew it was a girl as soon as they found out Bec was pregnant! Lee’s spirit is still with them and this baby girl will be a direct reflection of that 💓

I was looking for this comment. As someone who is gender fluid/non binary that brought a little tear to my eye. If their kid grows up and is also a member of the lgbtq+ community they will see this and know they are accepted in their family no matter what and that is HUGE
@@lesbatron222 💜 my son is trans. As a parent it was hard to switch my brain from she/her to he/him even though I was always 100% supportive. The experience made me realize how stupid gender is lol, so I always love when other people call out how little it (gender) matters. Much love!!

This baby girl is gonna rock your world! My precious baby girl turned 30 a few weeks ago and I wouldn't trade any of her growing up years for anything, but I love that she is truly my best friend now.
I cried when Bec said "I get a little best friend". My grandmother said that when she delivered my mom, and my mom said the same when she delivered me. And it's true. And Eamon, prepare to have your heart stolen! Little Nugget is going to be your partner in crime, for sure! And she's also going to find this video hilarious in twenty years. So proud of you both 💖🙏🕊

My grandmother was really into dream analysis and studied it.. she told me that very often what you dream about your waking life is opposite to reality. So, this makes sense why sometimes ppl dream of cheating partners (when really they’re deep in love) or being fired from their jobs, etc. Could be the same for dreams about gender!

We did a 3D scan with our second baby, and I wasn’t totally sold on finding out the sex but that kid was literally spread eagle on the screen and there was no mistaking 😂

If you have a 3d scan then you could just use a 3d printer to print out your baby.

Ultrasounds don't say baby's sex on them. I'm also from Ontario and have had 2 boys, and it's never said "male". 😊
Pretty sure his phone recovered since they showed the picture they took with it in the video! (10:57)
Im pretty sure it would of been Female for Bec, they usually just put boy or girl typed on the screen or print out somewhere in the middle .
@@kbert1983 they don’t show the sex of the babies on the ultrasound in the US either, but I thought he said it was on a paper, not the actual ultrasound. So I thought maybe he did see the actual gender reveal.

I was convinced my baby was a boy the entire pregnancy. We didn't have gender ultra sounds back then so we didn't find out we had a girl until she was delivered. She's the most amazing woman who turned 39 today and is a beautiful mother to 5 children. She also took in her sister's teen just this month. You guys will do an awesome job. Enjoy the journey!
