You can't beat the accuracy of a torque wrench, been setting mine at 22 lbs and no problem , three years running.

That's fantastic news. I've been still getting great results using the torque wrench. Thanks for your input

Jerry Bigelow the Wood Gigelow 🤣 nice work on the log, I'm glad a ripper37 didn't break on you. Also I think your in the right place with torquing the tension handle down, I think all sawmill manufacturers should have a range of torque for the tension.
No good in that heat buddy, plenty of liquids in you buddy.

@@everydaywithmenick good morning Nick. I am getting much better results now that I'm using this consistently. New stage name? Lol. Thankfully we've cooled down only in the 60s yesterday. Suppose to warm back up this week but summer is rapidly coming to a close. Thanks for the continued support buddy. I hope that new mil is treating you right.

Wood Giggilo😂, LMAO. Glad to see that “maybe” the torque wrench method is working.
I’ve been watching marketplace for roller conveyors but they must be made of platinum around here 😠.
I lost footage in the heat also.
    Have good day buddy

Hey Mike, hopefully some conveyors will show up on market place for you. They sure make it easier. I milled the other day...an entire day again with no breakage. Fingers crossed it'll continue to work.
We are finally cooling off. Great thunderstorms this morning. Have a great one and thanks for the comment.

Have you found any negatives, like waviness, from the 20 Ft/Lbs setting??

Nothing yet. It's been cutting really well. I had a big day off milling the other day and went through 4 blades and not a one broke lol. Great question.

Glad to hear the new torque is working. 95 degrees and milling. That's way to hot for me. This old fat boy would be a puddle of melted lard milling in that temp. Oh, be careful working in that temp that you don't fry that last brain cell.🥵

Thankfully we've cooled. That was a tough week lol. Won't be the last time this year. Thanks for the laugh Jim

Hey Jerry , nice milling . Glad you haven’t broken a blade lately . It was so hot here yesterday , I was inside my garage with the fans going charging my phone and it shut down because it got over heated . Stay cool and hydrated my friend .👍🏻🇺🇸🪵

Thank you Del. It's been brutal hasn't it? Fortunately we are in the cooler weather up here in Michigan right now. Have a great week my friend.
