    看其他省份的up主我看過在家做毛豆腐
    都是放稻草的天然真菌接種
    沒想過在香港也能自製
    主要是那個菌種可以在哪裡買到

    其實長毛的豆腐直接用調味料諸如香油、辣椒...直接吃聽說口感細滑美味可口.我自己當下眼巴巴的看著長輩吃的讚不絕口

      Fermentation of fermented bean curd (tofu) is typically done using various strains of mold, the starter powder including Mucor sufu, Mucor rouxianus, Mucor racemosus, and certain strains of Rhizopus, such as Rhizopus chinensis

      @@beanpandacook 還真的沒注意過附近超市有沒有毛黴菌粉 有的話改天做看看 毛豆腐我看YT上的影片才知道的 她灑辣椒粉拌來吃 我怕辣不知道有什麼適合加的
