    I was born 8 Hawthorne Road, just behind the Parade, Donnington. Great memories.

    One of the only mentions I've found of the Old Orchard, I was born in the Oakworth flats opposite the Trench lock keepers cottage, then lived in the Old Orchard until 1960!

    The chap with the horse and cart is John Brooks, my chap uncle, and the family still lives in Trench. At one time the family in history ,owned the Queens at Horton, and Percy Dean chip shop now Victoria Fryer

    I used to go to the champion jockey when I was a kid. In the eighties. It used to get absolutely packed.

    Happy memories 4 mins17 seconds in is my Dad's old shop Bell Corner Stores and his old Morris Traveller is parked outside. Sadly shop knocked down now to make way for new houses Rob Jones
