one of the best apartment hunting vids i've watched! my husband and i are planning a move to NYC this year and we visited in feb to get a feel for where we might want to live. i was interested in brooklyn heights/ cobble hill because it's the CUTEST, but when we visited i noticed both the subway stations we used you could only access by elevator which freaked me the f*k out honestly lol. i believe one of them was clark st station. can you give any insight there? are there any "normal" subway stations in the area? also love the glasses, you rock 'em

First-time homeowner here! Do you ever worry about mold exposure or other toxic exposures in NYC apartments due to the age of some of these buildings? Do these go through an inspection before you move in? I bought an older house a couple years ago and had to learn the hard way by discovering a lot about my home and how codes have changed.
we've been looking in the UWS because we have a dog so it would be good to be next to the parks, but it does kinda feel like a trek to get downtown from all the way up there

i think the glasses would be ok if they fit your face better. they drag you down and moosh your cheeks so instead of seeing your eyes, we see the bottoms of your cheeks. i can't stand when glasses rest on my cheeks myself and it leaves marks.
How do you deal with people's ugly opinions about your outfits/accessories? Like for example, in the Suite Life of Zack and Cody, London Tipton insults Maddie's outfits/accessories often.
