You might try out the Walgreens exclusive Sentry’s alternative head.
I think I will give that a look when I get my GR figure. Ty for the idea 👍
@theonlymatthew.l I have that Sentry head too and keep in mind that his head won't fit on all pegs, for instance I don't believe it easily sits on the typical GR neck peg but fits well on the Generation X Chamber neck peg, etc. You'll also need to remove his sculpted ears which look a little silly on some of my GR customs. LoL

@Themask1994-rj2mb My Sentry skull head looks wicked awesome on the Cosmic Ghost Rider body and actually fits on the peg ironically. The blond hair was removed with acetone or nail polish remover I think so it's just the flaming skull. I cut off the Sentry skull ears with an exacto blade.

I might be mistaken, but I seem to remember Danny sometimes sporting blue flames. I'd have liked to see as least the flames on his head & chain colored blue

Well, we will have no problem, striking the Akira pose.
Actually the sculpt for the skull head is different But t the flames are the same and that's the problem.
It looks the same as the last 4 releases.
it is the same head as the retro cardback ghost rider released back.

Brand new head sculpt? Cost money..

Add steering articulation on bike .. Nah.. Just Re-use what we have and make sure maximum price tag

I'm okay with the chain, as the previous Blaze Ghost Riders really shouldn't have had chains anyway. ( a couple more in different positions WOULD be cool though.) I'm okay with the skull, but an interchangable flame that flows back, for the bike riding pose would've been nice. The bike stands are great. (The one on your front tire was backwards, by the way.) You're right about the size. He should've been a tad bigger. I will probably add some silver paint to his spikes and chains. I will also add something to the back of those headlight holes on the bike. Overall, I love it. (Just got it today.) I've been waiting for a Danny version for a long time.💀🔥👍
I tried using the toybiz danny ketch head to the new one it looks great
Grabbing a second Johnny Blaze head from the retro wave version and painting the hair brown, should work since Johnny and Danny are brothers, now to figure out if the blue flame Danny will fit on the bike
I believe that if you flip the kickstand it will allow the bike to stand
Also you have the flame effects on the wrong tires..
Anyways I'm not busting on you just making observations.. the video was a great review.
Ok one LAST nitpick... the New Fantastic Four was Ghost Rider. Wolverine.. Spider Man & JOE FIXIT Hulk . not regular Grey Hulk..I'm getting this Ghost Rider specifically for my New Fantastic Four team & I'm using Joe Fixit....try it out

The shoulder articulation supposed to clock or ratchet hard? Its not smooth but luckily bicep articulation seems strong at joints

Hopefully someone that does custom heads does one. Maybe Casting Cave. It would definitely be nice to have a different head for Danny.

Excellent review for this one, Shiz! I'm a die-hard Ketch and Rider fan so looking forward for this one, despite its flaws.
The Blue painted Johnny Blaze was a custom, I assume? Its very well done.

The new one apparently sports a slightly different headsculpt with the same flame effect.
My main problems are the lack of headlights like you said and the smaller scale of the figure
If I have to get down to a molecular level to see differences, they’re the same.
Yeah swappable front plates would have rad. They didn’t make a big ol bike for one figure. I’m sure we will see this reused again & again.
@ToyShiz haha fair point. yeah they did reuse the last bike twice. Idk though man maybe another on a retro card a repaint but aside from that i dont see how they could use this bike for anyone else but Danny without serious alterations.

3:30 Xmanny87 did a comparison with the heads and found that the skull is a new sculpt. He pointed out the skull's cheekbones are slightly different and it no longer has an overbite. But the flames are reused. Still looks very similar, but hope it somewhat helps with the nitpick. Wish the head flame was more like Super Saiyan hair or Jack O'Lantern's and that they kept the yellow paint inside the collar from the promo images. Made it look like there was a glow from the flames.

@toyshiz @bapo22 I have all previous releases and i can clarify the difference. so the riders wave gr (blue outfit) has a smaller skull with the overbite compared to the rhino wave and the retro cardback release. The danny ghost rider has the same head as the latter two which is terrible and uninspiring honestly...
@@Venom-cd7tw I don't believe that's correct. Because if you look at the skulls from a side view, the cheekbones are way more arched on the old ones than the 85th Danny skull. They must've just fixed the jawbone on the Rhino and Retro Ghost Riders.
Its not a new sculpt. Its the same as the first and the retro ghost rider. Idk what happened with the molding of the johnny blaze with the bikes lower jaw but yea..
Hey bro, here´s an idea, since there´re two footpeg holes for the motorcycle, you could easily 3D print a kickstand support and put in the middle hole to make the bike stand up on it´s own. Nice review as always.

Hey just curious how the "head" of the bike moves cause when they announced it they showed it'll move up and down for a battle mode. Does that articulation seem ok?
It works fine. It’s like a movable slot that you can push up and down

Great review as always Toyshiz. Really an awesome ghost rider. Yeah the reused head is the only downside but Hasbro is going to Hasbro.
The reuse of the previous head is very disapointing to say the least, and the body proportions dont help either. I dont know how to feel about this one to be honest. Hopefully i'll find something redeeming about it once i get it in hand

I wish he look more buff in the comic looks more like muscular guy but here look more like a dude in cosplay
So the bike doesn't stand up, it's the same head, he's undersized and it's the same accessories.
If a vehicle made by a massive toy company can't stand up it's an effing joke.
I really want a GR on a bike and I guess this will be far more affordable than the older releases on the back market. What can you do?

Yes.
The bike not standing on its own is really not a prob. Just a minor gripe. When you have the awesome fire effects loaded onto it, it more than makes up for it.
But like I said the option would have been nice
5:25 Have you even READ the Danny Ketch Ghost Rider comics because that is EXACTLY how Danny’s skull head looks. This was not a good review.
