Production for them started the night before, Image waking into walk at 5:00am and seeing bakers racks (5 shelves high by 6 ft long) lining the entryway.
Since you have worked in a bakery before, I think you know what this thing is called that he put here. I want to know about it. I have seen many videos about donuts put this thing 😅.

미국 경력이라는데 미국에서 식품위생에 대해선 안 배우셨나보네요 미국은 주로 캠브로통에다 식재료 보관하던데
뭐 새거 샀을 때부터 저런 용도로 사용 했다면 크게 문제는 없어보임

식품용이 아닌것은 밀도가 낮아 표면이 거칠고 구멍이 많고 커 냄새 및 병균에 정말 취약합니다.
뭣보다 '미세프라스틱' 억수로 나옵니다! @@
게다가 '재료가 재활용' 이라 가격이 매우 싸니까, 식품의식 없는 시골분..등 사용해 병을 얻습니다!
