'Blood mineral' fuels conflict: Russia to build gold refinery in northern Mali

- Mali's military government has reached a deal with Russia to build a gold refinery in the capital, Bamako.
It comes as the army says it's regaining control of more territories in the north, which had been in the hands of armed groups.
Al Jazeera got exclusive access to the gold mines in the Sahel country's Tessalit region.

Mali 🇲🇱 country history was very bright. World richest man MANSA MUSA was also the king of Mali. Mali internal conflicts are big no biggest problem for this landlock African country.
