This was a little tricky but overall not bad!!! The quality of these headlights is top notch for a fraction of the price of more expensive ones
Does the c light work as the daytime running lights?
How to adjust the height of the light beam?
My passenger side headlight keeps digging up and getting moisture in it can I buy a replacement or do I have to buy the whole kit again?
No 2015+ wrx head lights? Im looking for other options than the pricey subispeed head lights
Are those DRL C lights changes color other than white?
what size hid bulb will fit in these?
I bought tail lights, can't find a video for tail lights.
Does this still retains the factory leveling feature? I see you attach the afs motor to the new headlight but wanted to make sure.
Your AFS functions should still work if you transfer it into the new lights.
I have these and my blinker went out, can I replace the bulb for it or will I have to buy new headlights?
You can replace the bulb it’s easy
does this fit a 2008 subaru impreza outback ?
Yes
Does these not work with led running lights? I bought a wrx with them already installed and the lights are aimed down so far I can't see 10 feet in front of me
They need to be aimed
Does the light still work even the ground connector is not connected?
Please follow the instructions shown in the video.
If you're talking about the thin silver braided ground, it does work without it. The video should have at least said you could omit it, but it didn't. There actually isn't even a place on the new units to screw the ground to.
Thank you for that answer I got stuck thinking they forgot to reconnect the ground wire! Then I couldn't find a place to attach it!
how do u take the leveler motor out? keep twisting it left? its not comin off
Sorry, it's been quite some time since we've installed this, not particularly sure. I think we just kept unscrewing it until it was loose, then it came out pretty easily.
Spyder Auto ive figured it out lol thanks for replying!
@@2deucezero2 hey man. quick question. how did you get the the placeholder on the new assembly out so that the leveler could go in? im using a socket and twisting and it’s going nowhere
love how they never show how they actually perform
probably about the same as the stock lights. i mean you just put the same lights back in.
What would be some reasons for the the led c lights not turning on? The bought the same pair for my sti.
Disconnect the plug, test it with voltmeter to see if your car is producing power out of the plug.
@@spyderauto I found out the problem. The female plug didn't have a wire for the ground. I just tapped a wire from the spyder headlight that was missing to another ground wire from the headlight.
What is the blue and black wired plug for?
Don't forget to plug back in your fog lights if you have them lol
Are there any issues swapping my LED high beam into these lights?
Yes. It will void your warranty.
This video is awful, hard to follow and not clear what’s so ever when it comes to showing how to replace. Absolutely terrible
It honestly wasn’t that hard. I was able to do it properly using their video
Beautiful but too much damn work... This video doesn't make it any easier either.
