Spyder C Type HID Headlight Install on 08-14 WRX

Today we install headlights on the wrx to really change the front end look of the car.
(After installing and doing some research, to remove the headlight leveler you twist it to unlock it then unscrew a very long screw out. It's the flat head plastic screw in the middle of the motor. I was just afraid to break something if I tried removing it without doing alittle research on it.)

A flat head screw driver to the white piece at the center of the headlamp leveling motor should do the trick to remove it. Be careful, as the screw is VERY long and takes a while to come out.

How were the cut offs and the light outputs on these lights compare to OEM at night? looking to get a pair of these lights!

Honestly the light output is just as good as the oem lights. You dont sacrifice light output when going with these which is nice.

Did you have to adjust them? I just got a wrx and the headlights are the ones you have but they need adjusting I was wondering if you did it and if it was possible with the headlights installed or if they have to be taken off

It’s still the standard running light. I’m sure there’s a way to wire it so the LED is the standard one though

Where you get the LEDs bulb?

I had OEM HID bulbs in my stock headlights. Those bulbs and the ignitor for them were swapped right over

Sometimes if we get heavy rain they slightly fog up but it goes away within a day but overall not to bad
