Please oh please Phil, come to Melbourne to.film some real trams. I honestly find paint drying more intetesting than watching a snail sliding along the tracks. Love your work, but the subject matter needs to improve in respect to the speed of the service. How anyone can call that a viable alternative to a bus is beyond me. Ot's more like taking a scenic cruise down the Rhine than being of any real benefit to commuters.
Ha anyone timed the trip up George street from Circular during peak hour (now most people are back at work)? Prior to L2 I can remember buses on bad days taking as much as 25 minutes during peak hour to get past Town Hall.
Phil, great series of videos. Is there any chance of doing Moore Park when a big event is on so we can see how well the light rail handles these sporting crowds, especially at the conclusion of a game

Brilliant as always, Phil. When the Kingsford line opens, can you please re-do the intersection of the Dulwhich Hill LR and CBD LR?

I would imaging that the light rail takes roughly the same time as a bus, but with little or none of the greenhouse emissions from a bus.
@@josephcarlbreil5380 Well, at least the emissions are elsewhere than in George Street
Are you gonna be there when the parramatta light rail opens
Great!
Nice!
Great video! 👍
What do you think about the future of the Sydney light rail? Good?
tram
@Sydney Trains Vlogs which light rail stations haven’t you done yet? If so, can you do those stations please?
I was at Central Chalmers St A bit before you uploaded the video. Anyways keep up the good work
this is not a light rail but a tram.

Nathan Castro The line between Circular Quay and Town Hall is third rail-powered.
