Watching the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit bubble-up I couldn't help but think,,, "I wonder how that would taste with sausage gravy". Sounds like a plan, thank you.
Mandy, I always look forward to your videos!!! You, Steven, Cole, and Gracie are such a sweet family!!! I have made so many of your recipes since I found your channel around 5 years ago and I have enjoyed them all!! I'm a licensed day care provider of 42 years with 3 grown and married kids of my own and 7 wonderful grandchildren and I love to cook so much, so I just really appreciate all of your time and sharing of your recipes!!! Please keep the recipes coming!!
Your videos are always so enjoyable. I'm not watching them in order (obviously), but you're like a friend or sister who give cheerful & friendly tips that are both a pleasure to watch and give me all sorts of ideas to try out for wholesome, affordable foods. And your videos encourage my experimental side. Thanks! to you, your hubby, son & Ms. Gracy Lou for such friendly & accessible videos!
Hi Mandy ,For the apple bubble up,I’ve learned that if you cut the biscuits then put them in a bag of cinnamon &sugar and shake to coat them, they will not clump together as bad 👍long time follower ❤️
Oh yes!! lol that’s how I did it cause it’s easier and you can just throw the bag out…less dish washing cause my dishwasher is broken…he’s 19 and says he is allergic to doing dishes. I said well I just developed an allergy to cooking soooooo 😂😂😂😂❤
I have a suggestion when you open the vent to put a kitchen towel over the vent then open it under the towel. It contains the splatter and protects your hand. I love you both. You make me so happy watching your banter. GOD bless you.
I made a similar recipe using apple pie filling with cinnamon rolls instead of biscuits this past week. I love using canned cinnamon rolls and biscuits in recipes. Thank you for sharing more canned dough recipes. I’m a cat Mom and I love seeing Gracie Lou. She’s precious ❤
What a great idea. I make the cinnamon rolls and after the initial excitement of eating them fresh from the oven, they sit and get stale. I'm going to try this.
My husband loves cherry pie, and I hate making pie, so I’m going to try your bubble up with cherry pie filling and chocolate chips! I bet it’s a hit! Thanks for the inspiration!❤
Mandy, I just wanted to say I love watching you and your husband, you are so comical and just a joy to watch. I just learned of your RUclips channel about a 2 week ago and have been binge watching all your videos. I did make your apple pie bubble up and I have picky eaters here but let me tell you, it was gone as soon as I got it out of the oven. Thank you for all the amazing cooking videos and for the laughs. I look forward to watching!
All 3 of these look yummy. My husband "the biscuit lover" will be glad I found these! Gracie was in the corner on that last one saying "please drop some, please drop some NOW!"
Love your recipes as always Ms. Mandy! Three tips if I may… 1. Vs a butter knife or pizza cutter, try a sharp knife to cut those grands biscuits. 2. A damp paper towel or thicker dish towel under a cutting board will keep it from sliding. And 3. Please toss out that Pam nonstick spray and try avocado oil. It may be a bit more $ but worth removing butane (found in Pam & other traditional cooking sprays) from your diet. Thank you for all the amazing meal ideas
To get your cutting board to stay put dampen a tea towel or paper towel and put it under the cutting board and it should keep it from sliding around. 😊 These recipes look yummy.
I will be making all of these recipes. As far as I'm concerned it doesn't hurt to add a little extra cinnamon in the apple pie bubble up dish😋 I measure it with my heart🙂 Any dish with bacon in it is always a good thing. Thanks for sharing, Mandy.
That's how I do measurements too, and it drives my hubby nuts, cuz he wants to make some of my recipes, but I just tell him I didn't "REALLY measure" what I put in...😅 So he's like "well can you make it again then?😂😂😂
These recipes look amazing !! I think in the apple bubble I would use the carmel bits.I use the carmel bits on my apple crisp. Love your channel!! You and Steven are such a cute couple. 😊
I love apple pie or anything apple flavored. I never thought to add butterscotch bits my husband would love that. I've done bsicuits in a muffin tin and add apple pie filling and bake. Then you have apple pie cups. They are quick and delicious. A good hack for cutting up a stack of multiple biscuits is using a pizza cutter. It works great. 😊
It's very easy to use kitchen shears to cut up canned biscuits. I use mine for everything that I can! Herbs , dough , lettuce, vegies, meat , chicken , bread. Literally everything!😊
So I think cutting with the less dominant hand like that is the European way of eating/using utensils. You will notice it in movies sometimes. Its a more efficient way to eat but not many Americans do it that way. I think its cool. 😊
Thank you! Biscuit recipes are my favorites you do. I laughed a lot too. I usually make everything from scratch but you’ve changed my mind about biscuits.
These sound delish! I haven't made a bubble up yet, but it will be soon, thanks to you. You are so enjoyable to watch. I love when you dont edit out mistakes you make, and just "live!" Your husband and Gracie Lu are so sweet and make me lol.
Instead of using the biscuits with the eggs, etc. I put a tater tots in the air fryer get them nice and crispy and put them in the bottom. Pour the egg over it and whatever else and bake it’s very yummy.
Love the 'Finding Nemo' quotes lol. I also cut with my left hand instead of my right (and sweep left handed). Can't wait to try the apple pie bubble up bake! Putting the ingredients into my cart now lol.
Made the crack chicken recipe the day this video was posted. Used the bacon ranch dressing and it was delicious! While enjoying this dish, my husband asked...would this be a good way to make bierocks? So, tonight we used the biscuits in a muffin pan filled with bierock filling. So good...my family eats our bierocks open faced, smothered in brown gravy so this worked perfectly. Thanks to all who comment for great ideas.
Yum! These are all going on my meal plans over the next couple weeks! I’m thinking about putting a little bit of rum extract in the icing for the Apple Bubble Up, similar to a bread pudding icing. Have a blessed week y’all!
put a damp towel under your cutting board to keep it from sliding on the counter top. I learned this years ago and am so happy I did, my family loves watching yours keep up the great content. Love from WV
Mandy, I par bake my bacon, let it cool and layer one row at a time with paper towel in a large baggie. Take out what you need, and cook how you want.... microwave, or wrap and bake something, or try it with eggs, etc. Really helpful!!!
I always use my kitchen shears for cutting dough! Works GREAT! 😬❤Love your channel alllllll the tiiiiiiime! 😘😉y’all just crack me UP. GID BLESS YALL. (Tell Gracy-Lou “Hey!” I give my cairn terrier cheese when she hears the cheese bag! lol 😂)
I’m left handed.when sitting at the table I cut with my right hand and use my fork in my left . Most people cut with the hand they eat with then switch hands to eat. All of your recipes look wonderful. Yum Yum.
Mandy your a very lucky woman to have Steven in your life for all the fun and laughter from his comments. I look forward to hearing what he might say he is great. love you all hope you had a good Thanksgiving.
Love your channel! Quick hint. When I'm making anything with crumbled bacon, I chop the bacon before I cook it. It cooks faster and no more chopping hot bacon! I also throw the whole package on and freeze what I don't use. Less work and less clean-up always work for me!
I loved all these recipes but the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit bubble up would be great for Christmas morning! You also know a recipe is really good when you and “Tater”. (Shortened nickname for Commontater) are both swaying side to side while you eat! 😂
Hey Mandy!! 👋 Yes!! That’s me, I’ve never met anyone that is right handed but uses the knife to cut with their left hand! It’s super cool to know there is someone else! Also, I love your channel!! You are so inspiring and enjoyable to learn from! I’ve shared your channel with many friends and family! 💛 Thank you for doing what you do and making finding recipes for our family so much more enjoyable!
I used peach pie filling added a can of peaches to the pie filling cut up. 1 cup butterscotch chips 1/2 cup Carmel pieces and cinnamon.OMG it was so good!
An idea to flatten out almost anything from chicken breast (to thin them out) dough, homemade tortillas, biscuits etc… look into a tortilla press!! These meals look delicious ❤
I make "Barbeque cups" similar to your crack chicken - Just brown the ground beef (I add onions and peppers), drain, add bbq sauce and simmer. Spoon into the "cups" and add cheese and bake. Always a hit.
The crack chicken would be the perfect meal with your green beans! I use a pizza cutter to cute my biscuits also but I stack 3 together and cut. Maybe your way is better! Like Stephen I love breakfast any time of day. A little fresh fruit on the plate and you’ve got a meal. And apple pie is my favorite so there is no way I can choose!! Thanks Mandy 🥚🥚🍎🍎🐓🐓💕🙏
5:24 Nemo! 😊 Loved how he eas telling the teacher ray where he lived and kept stumbling over anemone . I'm not a fan of butterscotch either but that bubble up dish looked good. Think i could handle some in a dish likje that. The only thing I liked when i was younger mum would mix some butterscotch chips in her chocolate chip cookie dough when she didn't have enough chocolate chips. All the recipes look scrumptious. Hard to decide which to make first. Both the bacon and the apple ones would be good as breakfast. A damp cloth under your board keeps it from scooting around when you roll something out .
I’ve been very sick for a year with stomach problems. I’ve lost 103 lbs. Obviously I needed to lose some weight since I’ve lost so much but it was really quick. I’m on my 3rd set of drs with no real answers yet. I recently started taking a probiotic again but I don’t see a difference. Maybe I’ll give these a whirl!! Sweet Mandy…you always make my day better!!! Love to you and goofy Steven❤❤❤😂😂😂
@tinashort9098 you're welcome. Thank you. I appreciate all the prayers. I'm still fighting to get my health issues taken care of as well as get health insurance.
Awe, Tina, what a hardship to go thru! Although I would love to loose weight, that would definitely be hard! I'll be praying u find the right Dr to figure out the mystery and bring u back to health! Bless ur heart sweet friend, keep holding onto hope! 🙋♀️🌻🎃💕💕💕
Just made the apple pie bubble up! Made it in my toaster oven since my actual oven is out and wow! I’m with you on butterscotch. Its not my favorite but in this recipe it’s amazing! Thank you for sharing!
Oh my! These all are just my kind of meals! Definitely going to make these, especially over the holidays with people dropping in here and there. The grandkids will love the bubble ups and those crack chicken biscuits will be enjoyed by all! Thank you so much, Mandy! Gracie Lou, you are scoring so good on the cheese!❤😊
When I make these, I quarter the refrigerated cinnamon rolls and add chopped pecan along with the chips. DEVINE! I may try cherry filling with dark chocolate morsels...Chocolate CHERRY
Hi Mandy. Thank you for the great ideas. Your community family had a whole bunch of great ideas also. What a fun way to make the crack chicken. I'm going to try this. I saw Julia Pacheco make a crack chicken lasanga, I made that (with pasta) it was delicious. You and Steven are too much fun.
Mandy! Just wanted to say, you've inspired me! I didn't have any ideas for dinner tonight, but I did have a can of cream of bacon soup, and it said on the back to make a breakfast casserole with it. SO. I thought of your bubble-ups and how good the bacon egg and cheese one looked, and I cut up a can of crescents (all out of biscuits, but oh well) mixed it with some crumbled up bacon, shredded cheese, the soup, and my last 4 eggs. Even had a few green onions left from the thanksgiving veggie tray, so I threw those in too. It's in the oven now, here's hopin'!
Watching the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit bubble-up I couldn't help but think,,, "I wonder how that would taste with sausage gravy". Sounds like a plan, thank you.
I've done this with Gravy n Hashbrowns and Its so good that you'll hurt yourself eating it! Lol. 😂
I'll be right over for breakfast!😂
Oh my Word, I love those ideas too! YUMMMMM!
I like that idea!
I bet it would be great
I use my kitchen scissors when cutting bacon, biscuits, pizza, possibilities are endless 😊
Mandy, I always look forward to your videos!!! You, Steven, Cole, and Gracie are such a sweet family!!! I have made so many of your recipes since I found your channel around 5 years ago and I have enjoyed them all!! Also, try cutting up your biscuits with scissors. So easy.
I’m dying…”The flavor trumps the pain.”

I just love it that whenever I get “stuck” as to what’s for dinner….I just turn to YOU! Thank you!
I just made the apple bubble up for Thanksgiving using caramel bits instead of butterscotch chips and it was so good!!
That sounds delicious
WOW, that sounds yummy!!
That sounds like a plan!!
Mandy, a pinch or two of salt in your frosting dribble is s GAME CHANGER. That bit of salt just rounds off that heavy sweetness and brings out flavor.
I have a suggestion when you open the vent to put a kitchen towel over the vent then open it under the towel. It contains the splatter and protects your hand. I love you both. You make me so happy watching your banter. GOD bless you.
I bet vanilla ice cream with the apple pie bubble up would be heavenly. 🤤😋🤤
Yum, yes it would
I thought the same.
The common tater loves him some desserts he can put ice cream on 😊
Yes please 😋
I made a similar recipe using apple pie filling with cinnamon rolls instead of biscuits this past week. I love using canned cinnamon rolls and biscuits in recipes. Thank you for sharing more canned dough recipes. I’m a cat Mom and I love seeing Gracie Lou. She’s precious ❤
What a great idea. I make the cinnamon rolls and after the initial excitement of eating them fresh from the oven, they sit and get stale. I'm going to try this.
Tip‼️ Place a damp cloth under your mat~or~ cutting boards to prevent slipping/sliding.
It all looks yummy❣️
My husband loves cherry pie, and I hate making pie, so I’m going to try your bubble up with cherry pie filling and chocolate chips! I bet it’s a hit! Thanks for the inspiration!❤
Or white chocolate chips!
Oh, I bet that would be really good too!
Oh, I was thinking the same thing! Cherries and chocolate! 😊
That sounds good! I’ve never made a cherry pie but I made a dump cake using cherry pie filling lol.
DARK CHOCOLATE! ALWAYS dark chocolate with cherries!
Mandy, I just wanted to say I love watching you and your husband, you are so comical and just a joy to watch. All 3 of these look yummy. My husband "the biscuit lover" will be glad I found these! Gracie was in the corner on that last one saying "please drop some, please drop some NOW!"
I have started baking my bacon and I never want to go back and fry ever again! ❤ These recipes sound so yummy.
I also bake my bacon. Very easy.
Baking bacon is the only way to make it.
Love your recipes as always Ms. Mandy!
Three tips if I may… 1. Vs a butter knife or pizza cutter, try a sharp knife to cut those grands biscuits. 2. A damp paper towel or thicker dish towel under a cutting board will keep it from sliding. I love this☝🏻. Thank you
THANK YOU!! Super simple and I never thought of it. 🙄So annoying when you can't keep your cutting board lassoed.

I thought the same thing!!😅
And you are both geniuses!!!
If you use Cinnamon rolls for this it is delicious!! and you can just use the frosting that comes with it.
Fabulous idea! Thanks much, then I won't need to buy Cinnamon!
Your kitty is so cute. I have made several of your wonderful recipes. My entire family is left handed.
I made those apple pie filling cinnamon rolls this past week for the first time and they were a hit with my family.
You can also use your kitchen shears to cut the biscuits up. They make it really easy. All of these recipes look amazing. Yall have a great day.
A damp towel under the cutting board, will help keep it from sliding on the counter. Another great channel addition.
Mandy just as a quick tip, if you put a wet paper towel under your cutting board it helps it from sliding around on the counter. Tina Russell

I will make the egg biscuit recipe next week for our ladies Christmas brunch
These sound delish! I haven't made a bubble up yet, but it will be soon, thanks to you. You are so enjoyable to watch. I love when you dont edit out mistakes you make, and just "live!" Your husband and Gracie Lu are so sweet and make me lol.
The song you were singing is one of my favorites. It's To Late to Turn Back Now. Cornelius Bros. And Sister Rose.😊
Mandy I love how you and Steven “sway” in unison when you are Sampling the food. Today you really swayed a lot! Lol
Instead of using the biscuits with the eggs, etc. I put a tater tots in the air fryer get them nice and crispy and put them in the bottom. Pour the egg over it and whatever else and bake it’s very yummy.
Quick tip, place a damp paper towel under your cutting board and it won’t slide around as much. Love your stuff!!

Gurl! My husband and I are professional singers so I know of which I speak.
You have a beautiful singing voice!

If you put a wet paper towel under your cutting board it won't scoot around when you use it. Going to try all 3 of these!
I use my cooking shears to cut the canned biscuits. I do it individually but it's still faster than a knife
❤
3 more winners! Way to go!
Hey Mandy!! 👋
Yes!! That’s me, I’ve never met anyone that is right handed but uses the knife to cut with their left hand! It’s super cool to know there is someone else!

Flavor trumps the pain! Love this.
I made the apple pie bubble up for my birthday and OH MY GOODNESS!! That is THE BEST dessert I’ve ever had in my life!!! It is awesome
Our 11 year old grandson is a big fan. He wrote down the ingredients needed for apple pie bubble up and is anxious to try it.
HAA!! I'm left-handed, & I bat and use the 10 key with my right hand. That's it!
Put a wet paper towel under your cutting board to keep it steady on the counter.
On the bubble up bake, when you make the frosting add a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla to it.
Always a hit.
my hubby will LOVE the apple bubble up for sure! I would LOVE the bacon, egg and cheese bubble up!
A little oil in the blade or in the knife helps with the sticky biscuits.
I love all your recipes…but I have rewind for the cat. She’s just so pretty!
Yes, have always put steak cutting knife in the left hand. Right handed on almost everything else.😊
5:24 Nemo! 😊 Loved how he eas telling the teacher ray where he lived and kept stumbling over anemone . I'm not a fan of butterscotch either but that bubble up dish looked good. These looked SO good. I love the biscuit meals. Have any more casseroles with hash browns?
Here are some more hash brown recipes from my website :) www.mandyinthemaking.com/search?q=hashbrowns
