Also is anyone else apart of the Steven fan club?! I love him so much and I love the way he looks at Mandy and supports her in every video!
I'm a fan of Steven as well. He seems like he is a great husband. Caring and funny!
They are an adorable couple.
Gracie needs a fan club too. Our motto is "Cheese for everyone!"
I'm 83 and can still appreciate a fine, handsome man when I see one!!! Going to try all 4 of your recipes.
PS, lovely couple?
Yep! I think they are just the best! And, I really appreciate that Mandy doesn't force her son to be on camera if he doesn't want to. Love this whole family.
These ideas are great, especially for someone like me, who, at 72 yrs. of age is so done with fussy recipes! Thank you! You’ve got a new subscriber!
We are about the same age. I have loved finally having the time to do the "fussy recipes" I never seemed to have time to make before lol
Amen sweetie!
Amen to that! I'm almost 72, and the more simple and easy, the better. One of these biscuits is a full meal for me.Yum! Pam in South Carolina. Happy and Safe New Year to all!!!😊🤗
Pillsbury has canned honey biscuits...split in half into muffin tin, fill bottom with apple or cherry pie filling. Top with rest of biscuit little cinnamon sugar on top. Bake as on can. Just turned 75..love simple easy recipes.
Easy recipes are great for me. Having arthritis makes complicated cooking difficult. Thank for sharing these wonderful sounding recipes.
Your boys are blessed to have someone who enjoys cooking for them. And it touches every mama’s heart when your family appreciates your efforts ☺️
Canned biscuit doughnuts are my weekend go to with my kids. Just slightly flatten the dough, cut a hole with a 2 liter cap, free hand it, etc. Then fry it up and you've got easy, fast, budget friendly doughnuts! A dozen at Kroger costs 7.99 or Dunkin 8.99 & you can make double that for 3 cans of biscuits under $5 PLUS the doughnut holes left from cutting out the center! I put out glazes, frosting, and different toppings to make it a family project so everyone can have what they want while spend time together.
I remember when I first made those biscuit donuts in 1964 at a Girl Scout over night. I went home and made them for my siblings. The can of biscuits was 10 cents back then lol
I remember my mom making them when I was a kid, she'd use a thimble she kept in the kitchen just for that purpose to make the donut hole & roll it in sugar or cinnamon sugar when it came out. Nothing better than a warm donut.
If you don't cut out the holes you can fill with Raspberry jam or a custard after frying and glaze.
I remember 50some years ago my granny would open a few cans of "whopem" ( you whop them on the counter to open them) biscuits and poke a hole in the center, fry them in a skillet then roll them in powdered sugar! We were walking in tall cotton!
@@MimiDidi121 LOL We call them "whack biscuits.'
You two are so cute together. In the morning, sometimes I’ll make a quick Cowboy Coffee Cake. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8”x8” glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Put a can of biscuits in, side by side. Melt 1/4 cup of butter. Mix in 1/3 cup of brown sugar, 1/3 cup of chopped nuts (I usually have walnuts), 1/4 cup raisins(optional), and 1 tsp. cinnamon. I pour the melted mixture over the biscuits and bake for 20 minutes. Check at 15 minutes (ovens vary). I use the plain small biscuits. Grands might take a few more minutes. Serve. I’ve also done this with canned cinnamon rolls. After it’s done, I drizzle the frosting packet over it while it’s hot. Delicious. Both recipes look and taste like scratch. I’ll probably throw one together Christmas morning to snack while we open gifts.
The skillet apple pie looked awesome. It could also be converted to other pie filling flavors like peach, cherry, blueberry, etc.
I'm going to make the apple/peach skillet pie for desert for Christmas Thanks
Just made the meatball sub bake, I added mini pepperoni and it was definitely a winner. Next we are doing the apple pie for dessert
Love all of these recipes. I am also over 70 years old and like the idea of easy but elegant comfort food. Thanks for sharing❣️
For the breakfast biscuit bombs, if you scramble everything together it makes stuffing them extra full easier since everything is already incorporated together ❤
Good idea Rachelle
I would have to make me some breakfast gravy to pour over top of mine but that's just me. ☺
@@karenmaynard7999 GREAT IDEA
Great tip
@@karenmaynard7999 i love grape jelly on my gravy biscuits oh my what a treat one of these would be
I love how your husband gets excited about all of these. It's great he enjoys trying new things. Makes cooking fun!
For the dessert, I use canned cinnamon rolls and a can of apple pie filling. I usually add to the apple pie filling with more sugar (1 cup), 2 to 4 tablespoons of apple pie spice, and vanilla. Put the cinnamon rolls in the bottom and put the apple pie spice mix over the top. When done, use the frosting on top from the cinnamon rolls.
Yummy 😋
Oh my! That sounds like an amazing recipe! I’m definitely trying that! Thank you!!👍😁❤️
I make something very similar, and also add chopped pecans or walnuts, & sometimes shredded coconut.
That's my recipe, too!
I recently saw someone do the canned cinnamon rolls on a waffle iron. When done they drizzled the icing on them. I haven't tried it yet but they looked awesome.
I love that you share cheese 🧀 with your cat! So cute.
Watching your two men gobble down your delicious food is pure joy to see them appreciate what you made. Just a lovely family. Thanks for all these delicious foods! 🎄🌴🙏
You are your husband are so cute together! I love how y’all actually appreciate your subscribers . Definitely going to try these recipes
My channel would not be here if it weren't for my loyal RUclips family!! Appreciate you!
Canned bisquits are the BEST!! Try this: separate bisquits into 2 (or 4) layers. Put your fave filling on a layer, then wet your finger and wet the edge all around. Place another layer on top and press the edges together. Paint the top with butter. Bake and enjoy! They don't leak (most of the time! 🤞) so they're good to take along. I love your recipes!!! 🥰
Eh, I never spell biscuits right!! 👀🤯
I love you ideas thank you for sharing
Wow that sounds great thx for sharing
I love using canned biscuits! So much easier than making them. I have also used them to make “uglies”. Use the grand biscuits, press into a muffin tin - bottom and up the sides (spray first). Then get out your leftovers, chop up, fill the “muffins”, cover with cheese and bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes! Easy and quick way to use leftovers!
You know, the CHICKEN CORDON BLEU BUBBLE UP BAKE would be a great recipe for leftover turkey and ham during the holidays. I would add this to the list to have on hand.
Oh yes!
@@MandyintheMaking I'm using my noodle today. LOL
Such a great idea! Thank you!!
Thanksgiving leftovers is a great idea! Can't wait to do that!
Excellent idea!!!! Thank you!!
I really enjoy your videos and that you share your home, family, recipe's and Grace the cheese-cat. Last night I made canned biscuits stuffed with shredded cheddar & shredded mozzarella, some heated precooked (kirkland costco) bacon and a bit of browned ground beef. The family LOVED! I thought I made enough to bring to work for lunch today, but it was wiped out, inhaled and annihilated lol!
U can tell he loves his wife's cooking ❤ what a team.
I will definitely add these to my menu. I have 4 children. They will love these meals. Thank you, thank you
The meatball sub recipe is the best one so far. I have only made three of your recipes but I love this one so much. I recently found your channel and I am so glad I did. I am really enjoying the the recipes.
I cook dinner nearly 7 days out of the week and just have been lost for meals to fix. FINALLY found your channel and you prepare meals with "common" ingredients!! I adore you channel. I even ordered Auntie Nono's and oh myyyyy. Thank you!!!!
Aw, thank you Teresa!! That's my goal. Make real food with common and inexpensive ingredients. :) So glad you are here and I'm so happy you love Auntie Nono's as much as we do!
I agree I’m so happy I found her channel it’s awesome!
RIGHT!!!
She's great! I also recommend Julia Pacheco's channel! Hundreds upon hundreds of easy recipe ideas between this channel and Julia's!
@@Kim-Unearthed thank you for the recommendation I’ll follow her too 😊
Love it that your husband and son get to give their opinion. It's adorable.
1st time I discovered you and your recipes! Yummy but easy - all 4 biscuit recipes will be tried! I will now have to watch other episodes…thanks for giving me some new things to do other than my “ normal “ cooking. I have a great hubby who loves to eat and is very adaptive to whatever I make. After 53 years of marriage, I still love to cook and he still lives to eat - a perfect combination! We give God the glory for our years together and pray for many more ahead!
A man's heart is truly through his stomach! Happy wife = happy life! You two are great!
My husband: I hate cilantro.
Me: It's a main ingredient in my Mexican Rice Casserole which you love.
Husband: I hate capers.
Me: It's a main ingredient in my pasta sauce which you love.
I don't think husbands know what "hate" means. 🤣
This made me giggle. It's spot on. LOL
My husband always says he hates curry, yet he loves my curry chicken 🤪 what?
🤣😂😅
LOL I think they don't know what the ingredient is sometimes. Capers in particular... :D
I did the same with chocolate mayonnaise cake. My husband loved it until I told him it had mayonnaise in it. Men!?!
I've been watching you now for quite awhile. I just all the joy and teaching you give to me and alot of people who also watch your channel. Thank you Mandy for all you do. Love you and your family. Always Yvonne
I love how excited your husband got when you told him there were also eggs in the biscuit bombs! I was cracking up!
Okay, I told you I was gonna make the apple dish tonight and boy am I glad I did!!! Goodness gracious!!! It is delicious and a HIT!!

Lovely how the family participates; and the food looks delicious 😋.
Yes a easy fried apple pie, cherry, peach or blue berry with can biscuits 😋 and I absolutely loved all of these recipes
I'm with Steven on warm desserts and cold ice cream! My mom used to make a DELICIOUS homemade blueberry cobbler. It was sooo good with vanilla ice cream.
I love how easy they all are! I can’t wait to make them
Just made the Meatball Sub Bubble Up Bake. So good! My hubby even liked it & he doesn't usually like meatballs! Thanks for the great recipe! ❤

Nothing more satisfying than cooking for a man who hums as he eats!!! 😉😉😉
Hi Mandy you should do a cookbook on quick and easy and comfort dinners.
Everything looks great as always, at least one of your meals makes it on my menu weekly! Thank you!
I liked the spaghetti & meatballs recipe the best! If I had a stove/oven I would make this almost every day & add different pizza ingredients each time! Mushrooms one day, peppers another day, pepperoni another day and the meatballs every day! 😊💖🐈
Girl, you chose the perfect recipes using those biscuits. Which is why I love your channel. You choose recipes right down my alley! I wouldn’t have chosen as well as you did. Thanks so much for sharing these recipes with your viewers.
