Hello Joe, i did the same setup on my NT1100, with some differences: i used some cheaper usb stick for Android Auto (bought from Aliexpress), there are different models but they are working pretty well (i used another one in my car). Used the shielded 2m usb cable from Ugreen but i used a piece of rubber from a standard pencil eraser to cut out the plug for the usb socket to protect it from the rain and moisture. It worked very well for me. Cheers, Alexander
@@AlexEllwein The rubber plug idea is genius. Would be good to know what AA adapter you used I'm sure it would be of great interest to others. Thanks for letting me know. There is always more than one way to get the job done. Let me know any other things you do as I'm sure they will be innovative. Cheers
@runejors Thank you for the comment. You will need a stiff piece of wire such as a metal coathanger straightened out, and feed it from the seat end towards the front of the bike trying to keep the end pointing to the fairing as much as possible and upwards. Once you have the wire through just tape the cable onto it and pull through gently. Hope this helps. Cheers

Hi. Unfortunately the eBay listing was removed. Could you please link to a similar item or share what the depth of the adapter is?
@jphorn I have updated the link in the comments, should work. Cheers
