I bet that lot doubled the weight of the bike Joe, didn't it?🤣🤣
Ingenious use of that string and a spanner, brilliant. A job done properly, and it's a proper little tourer now👍👍

Very handy for the odd shopping run, and I put bits and pieces in on the daily commute. Max load each pannier 5kg. Thanks for the Comment Nige. Enjoy the rest of the weekend. Cheers

I’m just about to do this install so thanks for this video it was incredibly comprehensive, I’m definitely going to do the solder heat shrink method on the indicators, I also hate bullet connectors in exposed locations, do you find the added weight of the luggage system has slowed the bike down at all, is it harder to get to top speed now, thanks

Certainly I don't see any reduction in speed. I normally run at about 60 mph on the motorways no issues. Speed for me on this bike Is not important to me as I use this only for the daily commute. For my speed kick i use the Honda NT 1100. The panniers I have found are great and work well. For the price of well worth it. Thanks for you comment and hope to see you back in the future. Any issues please ask and I wil try to help. Cheers
