You can tell Seymour knows little about Homestuck when he says it’s about Trolls. They don’t even show up until a fourth into the story. That reply is legitimately accurate to the actual story. The amount of people that die in that series (and die again) thanks to their hubris is intense.

About the shotgun pellet... It's possible/likely they were eating wild game that had been hunted. So... venison, or pheasant, or something. Youre supposed to get all the shot out of the meat but it's possible to miss some.

Considering that the cost of the dress would not only include the material value but probably also the effort that went into it's construction (and perhaps a bit more on top to make sure whoever sells it can make an actual profit,) I would assume a dress made out of 26.5 dollars worth of pennies would probably be sold for at least 40 dollars.

But "god tier" was NOT from Homestuck. It was already present in popular culture as a term for "exceedingly good", and Homestuck was like "haha but what if it was literally an actual thing" as one of those worldbuilding-integrated jokes that it liked to do.
